We bought over $4K of furniture at the Webster location. We are very satisfied with the customer service and quality. Delivery and setup was perfect. Oyr salesperson Gabe, a long-time AFW employee, was very friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking and helpful. Not pushy at all. . . very respectful and professional to the multiple customers he effectively helped while he was also helping us. Great selection of furniture and accessories at low prices! We purchased furniture from the Colorado Springs CO store on November 09, 2024 and received excellent customer service from Christine E.. Last month I contacted AFW's Warranty Department and Customer Service because the Lift Recliner we purchased for my 80-year-old mother ceased to function after less than 2 months. I explained the situation to a Customer Service Manager named "Diana," and she is the reason for this review. I cannot give her enough thanks for expediting the repair of my mother's chair and say what a pleasure it was visiting with her and the additional effort she made to make it happen. Additionally, the contracted technician showed up timely and installed the new motor within 30 minutes and we were "back in business." I just want AFW (and especially Mr. Jabs if this makes it to him) to know that Diana is a credit to AFW as well as the entire team in Conroe, TX -- they (Don Ice & Co.) have been great to us and it's one of the many reasons (great prices included) that we recommend AFW to our friends and family and why we continue to patronize this relatively recent addition to our hometown business community. This kind of service, professional courtesy and kindness isn't quite as common as it once used to be and it doesn't go unappreciated by those of us who believe in small business and entrepreneurship and "the American way" that we still fight for to this day.

I recently purchased a large area rug from American Furniture in Ft. Collins, CO. Elijah was the salesperson with whom I worked, and I had one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. He listened to me carefully and then spent a great deal of time walking around the store to help me find rugs that might fit my description. He was patient, helpful, and didn't push me to make a decision. In fact, he encouraged me to take my time and choose something I really loved. I am very pleased with the rug I chose, but I am even happier with the way I was treated by Elijah! He is wonderful!

We had a very pleasant time shopping at the Marana, AZ AFW. The selection was large and grouped in categories for an easy way to focus on what you are looking for. We had the good fortune to deal with Fong Wen. She is very knowledgeable and low key, so you never feel rushed to make a decision. Fong made our experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend AFW and doing business with Fong!!

I have been trying to purchase a couch for months now. Finally have come into the potion to be able to do so and found one I truly loved. I came into the store in which I was greeted by Janica at the Colorado Springs location. She told me of places I could get rid of my couch that I have now which was so useful. She also was great at explaining the exact measurements that I needed to have to make sure it was deliverable. She went over the warranty (which I have never been told about) and any fee I would be charged if I were to miss delivery/the couch didn’t fit just to make sure I was aware. She was so joyful, we had a great conversation, and she went out of her way to take care of us. She is absolutely amazing and if you go you should ask for her!

We have bought an apartment full of furniture at American Furniture Warehouse in Glendale. Sherri who works at this location was wonderful with us and walked through the whole process of filling up our apartment. She was very patient with us as we were kind of all over the place on what we were wanting for sure. We now have all of our furniture delivered and set up and are so happy with the look after pulling it all together. I bought this dreamy soft couch, 2 end tables and matching coffee table and 2 arm chairs, all at great AFW prices. I love it all, you cant beat the quality; even the packing, the way its delivered and the overall completed look is gorgeous! Any accent decor is so unique and priced low, allows one to shop for more! ...and I did 😘

Firestone Location: The warehouse/truck loading staff is amazing! They got all my items(an entire king size bet set, dressers, nightstands, mattress, box springs), loaded into the bed of my truck with a perfect Tetris fit! I had Cohen(and a nice guy in an orange AFW shirt, I assume his boss), making great conversation with me as they got everything loaded. Beautiful tie-downs, delicate loading, great conversation and in a timely manner. I had an hour drive back home after getting loaded and nothing moved at all. You can’t really ask for much more! 6 stars if I could!

We purchased several items at the Grand Junction store and our salesman, Dillon, was terrific. He waited patiently as we searched the store. When he had to help other customers, he checked back regularly and made certain the process went smoothly.

From the moment we stepped into the store we were impressed! The layout is very appealing and done in an organized way with huge signs to help you head in the right direction. Everyone was friendly and very helpful without any pressure. Cheyenne, our sales person, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and positive! We loved working and dealing with her. The prices were approximately 40% less than the same exact furniture that we almost bought last week. We enjoyed every aspect of the experience today!

I couldn't be happier with the 2 recliners I purchased from Renee, she was genuine and knowledgeable about her products, and helped my mom and I find exactly what we needed. I will definitely be back to see her in the future regarding any other furniture needs.
