KEITH IS AMAZING ! My husband, son, and myself walked into the furniture store & as we were sitting on the couch we liked, we saw Keith walking by and he had asked us if we needed help and from that point forward, everything was just made simple and easy. The whole process was amazing and smooth with Keith and he even went as far as accepting my request of sending me a picture of the demo living room set (from inside the store) that we liked after the purchase was finalized, (i forgot to take pictures) while he was off the clock so that I could see how I wanted to set ours up he really went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it!

We walked in and walked around for less than 5 minutes before Ron came up and asked how he could help us! He was super helpful and so kind! Offered great advise on caring for our purchase and was super friendly! He was also very efficient! Ron was spectacular! Made it a quick and memorable experience! We also love our couch!!

We were thoroughly pleased with the customer service when we purchased our new recliner loveseat at the Gilbert store. We worked with Hans, and he made sure that everything was working properly. When he found that there was one little glitch, he went and found the mechanic to fix it and everything worked perfectly. We were quite impressed by the fact that he went the extra mile. On the other hand …When the delivery guys came they were in a big hurry and could see we were struggling ( we are senior citizens) to get our other couch out of the way and they did not offer to help. So my advice would be to have some extra strong arms because these particular guys did not seem to want to go the extra mile.

Recently purchased loveseat recliner. We live 120 miles away from the store. When we brought it home and unboxed it very easy to install with one exception no one explained about the red ribbon that came in the furniture went to customer service by phone and they said I had to bring it back so I decided to call the store where I bought it from and talk to the gentleman that sold me the furniture he was unavailable and a gentleman by the name of Melvin called me back and walked me through What the red ribbon in the furniture was all about. the red ribbon something that you are supposed to notice and it’s additional parts that you need to install, which is very easy once Melvin showed me this. The furniture went together and worked perfectly. I would like to shout out a great thanks to Melvin and his professionalism And kindness in seeing this through.

On 12/4/2024, I visited AFW with only the intention of looking around. To be truthful, we did have to look for someone to assist us. Even the store manager walked pass us without acknowledging us or asking if we needed any assistance. While searching for some assistance, I came across Jorge Martinez, who was still in training, but very willing to assist us. He elicited the help of Erica Piedra, his trainer, to make sure we were getting the best customer service possible. Because of Jorge, Erica and Emily, who worked at the express checkout counter, just looking became a buying experience. It was quick, easy and really made this looking trip a completed errand. Thanks guys!!!

We purchased a new living room set, when we went to pick it up the employees Taylor and his co-worker who loaded and tied down the furniture went above and beyond, we told them we were headed up to Show Low and they made sure the furniture was tied down and wouldn't move at all. They were very professional and friendly!

We bought over $4K of furniture at the Webster location. We are very satisfied with the customer service and quality. Delivery and setup was perfect. Oyr salesperson Gabe, a long-time AFW employee, was very friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking and helpful. Not pushy at all. . . very respectful and professional to the multiple customers he effectively helped while he was also helping us. Great selection of furniture and accessories at low prices! We purchased furniture from the Colorado Springs CO store on November 09, 2024 and received excellent customer service from Christine E.. We were ready to leave the store and go elsewhere until Christine stepped up and found what we were looking for and made the purchase process effortless. We left the store completely satisfied.

Last month I contacted AFW's Warranty Department and Customer Service because the Lift Recliner we purchased for my 80-year-old mother ceased to function after less than 2 months. I explained the situation to a Customer Service Manager named "Diana," and she is the reason for this review. I cannot give her enough thanks for expediting the repair of my mother's chair and say what a pleasure it was visiting with her and the additional effort she made to make it happen. Additionally, the contracted technician showed up timely and installed the new motor within 30 minutes and we were "back in business." I just want AFW (and especially Mr. Jabs if this makes it to him) to know that Diana is a credit to AFW as well as the entire team in Conroe, TX -- they (Don Ice & Co.) have been great to us and it's one of the many reasons (great prices included) that we recommend AFW to our friends and family and why we continue to patronize this relatively recent addition to our hometown business community. This kind of service, professional courtesy and kindness isn't quite as common as it once used to be and it doesn't go unappreciated by those of us who believe in small business and entrepreneurship and "the American way" that we still fight for to this day.

I recently purchased a large area rug from American Furniture in Ft. Collins, CO. Elijah was the salesperson with whom I worked, and I had one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. He listened to me carefully and then spent a great deal of time walking around the store to help me find rugs that might fit my description. He was patient, helpful, and didn't push me to make a decision. In fact, he encouraged me to take my time and choose something I really loved. I am very pleased with the rug I chose, but I am even happier with the way I was treated by Elijah! He is wonderful!

We had a very pleasant time shopping at the Marana, AZ AFW. The selection was large and grouped in categories for an easy way to focus on what you are looking for. We had the good fortune to deal with Fong Wen. She is very knowledgeable and low key, so you never feel rushed to make a decision. Fong made our experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend AFW and doing business with Fong!!
