Yvonne Rowe is awesome!! I’ve shopped at AFW in the past, but this lady made me make AFW the only place I will shop for furniture and decor !! She made my furniture shopping so easy, very friendly and welcoming. Customers happiness is her main goal!!! Thank you so much for your excellent service!!!

This young lady was way above and beyond in her customer service if I could give her a 10, I would give her a 10 but you only go to five so I had some issues on my end nothing to do with her and went back in and she handled everything like a real professional person would do. I’m very very pleased with this ladies customer service and everybody else that was involved.

I came back in to see Tall Brian again! Great personality, easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the product. I highly recommend him for your next furniture purchase!

On Monday, 3/24/25 I went into the Englewood location to buy a mattress. The process was quick and easy and I was out the door in about 20 minutes. I went out to my car to wait for a text indicating what door I could pick my mattress up at. When I got back to my car, I pushed on the ignition, but my car was completely dead. Matt Cowden, an employee at the store, brought his car around, with jumper cables, to my car. We were able to get the car started, but as soon as I put it in gear, again it died. He was patient enough to jump it again, and to wait a while for my car to stay charged for a longer period of time. Yet again, as soon as I put the car in gear, it died. I was beside myself because I had no way to get the mattress, or me home. Furthermore, I had to pick up both my children from school before any tow truck would make it in time. Matt didn't let me just sit there and wait. Instead, he allowed me to borrow (free of charge) one of AFW's box trucks. That kind gesture allowed me to go home, put the mattress in my garage, go to the auto parts store, and purchase a new battery. I was able to return a short while after, switch out my battery, and get back to my home in time to pick up my children from school. That is what I would call incredible customer service! We have shopped at AFW many times, and this solidified the fact that we will continue to take our business to AFW and particularly this location. I did also want to shout out Emily Stout who helped take my information quickly, so that I could get into one of their trucks within minutes. I also wanted to give a shout to the warehouse crew who loaded the mattress in the truck while I was having my information processed. They also loaned me some of their tools when the tools I brought needed a longer socket head. Although this was not how I expected my morning to turn out, this crew made a difficult situation way less difficult. I'll give a brief explanation of the furniture. Beautiful couch, loveseat, chair. I saw it on the website and that's the only reason we went to shop. One thing I hate. . . pushy salesmen. I have no problem walking out of any store or car dealership if the associates are pushy (vultures). Our experience today was great! Jonathan Reyes asked if we needed any assistance. When we told him we were just looking, he thanked us, walked away and gave us our space. He didn't come over again until I had a question. My compliments to Jonathan are these. . . He wasn't pushy. He had a lot of knowledge He was kind He asked us to "sleep" on our decision, because he knew it was a big purchase He said his days off were Tuesday and Wednesday. We were there on Monday. He gave his personal cell phone number and said we could call him anytime. When we were leaving, I asked for his business card because I felt like the commission belonged to him, even if we came back the next day. He deserved it. I sent him a text the same evening and he was very prompt getting back to me. We finalized the sale and will get to enjoy our new living room set on Wednesday. Thank you, Jonathan. You stood out to us with your professionalism and kindness.

We bought a mattress and had it delivered. It was delivered right on time, the service was excellent. Great job!

4 stars for service and resolving a situation. 0 stars for the Kevin Pull Out Sleeper Sofa. When I was asking questions about it in the showroom, it literally fell into 4 pieces. I should have heeded that warning, but I love the piece and it fit perfectly into my new room. However, upon arrival, the pieces wouldn't fit together correctly. After another team came to replace some pieces, it still didn't fit together correctly and I realized I needed another totally different couch. Customer service was very helpful and within a week I had a different leather sleeper sofa. I do recommend AFW, their delivery teams, and their customer service. I DO NOT recommend the Kevin Pull Out Sleeper Sofa.

From start to finish our experience was amazing! The selection, the quality, the price, and the customer service was unmatched as to anywhere else we had been. We were allowed to look at leasure with no pressure and when we found what we were looking for Zane helped us complete our purchases flawlessly. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

I came in from out of town to help my mom purchase a dual recliner sofa. Rick had a great personality and was very helpful and showed us everything we wanted to look for and explained all the details. I was on a time crunch due to departure date to return home and Rick worked with Brandon to help make adjustments and schedule delivery so that I could help my mom get set up and the furniture arranged before having to leave.

My husband and I went in looking for a new sofa and chair. Roberta a salesperson offered her assistance. I have to say Roberta was amazing! My husband and I have bought several pieces of furniture from AFW in Gilbert from several different salespersons. Roberta outshines them all. She was very knowledgeable. Listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the best pieces for us. Her kindness and patience was well above and beyond. Definitely will go back and request Roberta personally.

The service overall was good. The process was very smooth. My furniture looks so nice and the price was reasonable. Letrell did a great job of helping me with amazing service. The quality of everything was perfect. I would recommend anyone, thank you.

KEITH IS AMAZING ! My husband, son, and myself walked into the furniture store & as we were sitting on the couch we liked, we saw Keith walking by and he had asked us if we needed help and from that point forward, everything was just made simple and easy. The whole process was amazing and smooth with Keith and he even went as far as accepting my request of sending me a picture of the demo living room set (from inside the store) that we liked after the purchase was finalized, (i forgot to take pictures) while he was off the clock so that I could see how I wanted to set ours up he really went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it!

We walked in and walked around for less than 5 minutes before Ron came up and asked how he could help us! He was super helpful and so kind! Offered great advise on caring for our purchase and was super friendly! He was also very efficient! Ron was spectacular! Made it a quick and memorable experience! We also love our couch!!

We were thoroughly pleased with the customer service when we purchased our new recliner loveseat at the Gilbert store. We worked with Hans, and he made sure that everything was working properly. When he found that there was one little glitch, he went and found the mechanic to fix it and everything worked perfectly. We were quite impressed by the fact that he went the extra mile. On the other hand …When the delivery guys came they were in a big hurry and could see we were struggling ( we are senior citizens) to get our other couch out of the way and they did not offer to help. So my advice would be to have some extra strong arms because these particular guys did not seem to want to go the extra mile.

Recently purchased loveseat recliner. We live 120 miles away from the store. When we brought it home and unboxed it very easy to install with one exception no one explained about the red ribbon that came in the furniture went to customer service by phone and they said I had to bring it back so I decided to call the store where I bought it from and talk to the gentleman that sold me the furniture he was unavailable and a gentleman by the name of Melvin called me back and walked me through What the red ribbon in the furniture was all about. the red ribbon something that you are supposed to notice and it’s additional parts that you need to install, which is very easy once Melvin showed me this. The furniture went together and worked perfectly. I would like to shout out a great thanks to Melvin and his professionalism And kindness in seeing this through.

On 12/4/2024, I visited AFW with only the intention of looking around. To be truthful, we did have to look for someone to assist us. Even the store manager walked pass us without acknowledging us or asking if we needed any assistance. While searching for some assistance, I came across Jorge Martinez, who was still in training, but very willing to assist us. He elicited the help of Erica Piedra, his trainer, to make sure we were getting the best customer service possible. Because of Jorge, Erica and Emily, who worked at the express checkout counter, just looking became a buying experience. It was quick, easy and really made this looking trip a completed errand. Thanks guys!!!

We purchased a new living room set, when we went to pick it up the employees Taylor and his co-worker who loaded and tied down the furniture went above and beyond, we told them we were headed up to Show Low and they made sure the furniture was tied down and wouldn't move at all. They were very professional and friendly!
