I’ve had a good experience with Simba overall. The products feel genuinely good quality and everything arrived well packaged and on time. Delivery was straightforward and I got regular updates, so there were no issues with knowing when things were arriving. The mattress expanded pretty quickly after unboxing and there wasn’t much smell compared to other boxed mattresses I’ve tried. The pillow and bedding also felt more premium than cheaper alternatives. Customer service was decent as well. I had a question about delivery before ordering and they replied quickly and were actually helpful rather than just giving generic answers. Price-wise, Simba is definitely on the expensive side, but the quality does feel better than most standard sleep brands. The trial period is also useful because it takes some pressure off when buying a mattress online. Overall, everything from ordering to delivery and actually using the products has been smooth, and I’d probably buy from them again.
