We are from Minnesota and moving to jamestown, Colorado. It was already a busy day as we closed on our place and my sister thought, let's go to american furniture warehouse and look. Maybe I will find something so it can be delivered before we get there. Well i did!! First I found Oscar! He was absolutely wonderful. He really helped me decide on which way i should go with it sizing and everything . What a trooper, listening to me whine and complain, trying to decide, looking at stuff 3 or 4 times. Plus he would check up on me to see how I was doing, which I really appreciate. Really, i couldn't have done this without him! I cannot wait to see my stuff in our new place. I will be back to add more things. Plus when we left, he gave us some cold water!! Who does that!! Love it! Thank you thank you Oscar! He is truly one of a kind and I appreciate him.

My wife and I are a longtime repeat customers of American Furniture Warehouse, we were searching for a specific recliner like the ones we had purchased a couple of years ago. We had the pleasure of being helped by Home Furnishings Consultant Perla Solis at the Glendale Supercenter location. Unfortunately American Furniture did not carry that line anymore but Perla did some research to try and see if she could order one or find one avaiable somewhere. She found out the manufacture was discontinuing this particular model of recliner. To make a long story short, we found one exactly like what I was looking for, color and everything on the showroom floor and that was the only one available anywhere so I purchased it. Thanks to Perla and her AMAZING customer service I am a excited and grateful customer. Perla truly went above and beyond to help us during a few visits there searching for this recliner, she was extremely patient and made this experience a great one. Perla is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, professional and truly cares about her customers. She provided the best customer service I have experienced here and at any other stores I have ever shopped for furniture at. Alvina’s customer service is second to none. She was incredibly helpful with resolving an issue I was having. She handled the situation with so much class and grace. It was incredibly refreshing customer experience.

Kat and Mack were amazing!! Both went above and beyond to help with our with our online purchase. I was interested in a chair to go with our sectional and Kat went and took multiple pictures of items she thought went well and had the throw pillows to show how it would coordinate. Mak helped with the final sale after I made sure everything would fit and the measurements were good. Both called several times double checking everything was correct!! What amazing customer service!!!

We had an issue with our order, completely our fault. We went into the Compark showroom in Englewood, CO seeking assistance. She was patient, professional, and kind, and was able to help use resolve our problem. KUDOS to Kayla! I had an awesome experience with Ryan Lunt who was my service representative. I had a devil of a time locating information that would help Ryan complete my service request. Went in AFW today to add another ottoman to our living room set we pervious purchased. Service was very friendly and quick to meet our needs. The price was great. We picked up from the back warehouse where our wait was short and the loaders handled our purchase with care and allowed us to check out our item before departure to assure all was in great condition. Will be back in the future for other purchases.

Near the end of May we purchase a leather recliner with the assistance of Co KO (sales rep). she was extremely knowledgeable and went through all of things we should do to maintain the leather. On the following Saturday we arrived at the store to have the recliner love seat loaded on our trailer. it was loaded and secured by their staff. Upon arrival and unpacking the couch we saw a rope burn on the backrest. We contacted Co Ko for advice. She had us contact customer service. Customer service wanted to charge us for a delivery of the replacement. We contacted Co Ko again. It was her day off and within the hour she had resolved our problem. Kudos to Co Ko for her excellent service and we love the couch.

I went in the COS store, looking for a mattress. I had the pleasure of working with Home Furnishings Consultant Bobby Clark. He was courteous, professional, and immediately put me at ease. We found the perfect mattress! Thank you Bobby, for excellent customer service.

After a delivery snafu, and resultant cancellatation of my first order, I decided to try AFW again as it lists the same furniture as other sites for a couple hundred dollars less. I was fortunate to work with Rick Orr, who helped me confirm availability, color and fabric - he was patient and extremely helpful. I would recommend his assistance if you are searching for just the right pieces.

I recently went to the Firestone, CO location, wanting to buy nightstands. Lupita was AMAZING! She found exactly what we needed, at the price we needed. It made the trip soooo much simpler.

Unfortunately we didn’t end up purchasing a sectional from the store as we could not find what we were looking for in the color we want but I wanted to rave about our amazing customer service we received. When we first arrived a gal asked us if we needed help and we told her what we were looking for and she said well just go ahead and walk around and see if you can find it. We were kind of shocked but we did what she said. Then Melvin Reynolds approached us and asked us if we needed help. We told him what we were looking for and he took us all around showing us different sectionals that might fit our specifications. He was so friendly and so tentative but not pushy. We hated that we could not purchase anything there as it didn’t fit what we wanted but wanted to give him a HUGE shout out as you should have new employees follow him around and learn how great customer service is done! If we ever need any other piece of furniture we will for sure come and ask for him and get his help. You don’t see a lot of good customer service now a days so needed to point that out!

Bought a loveseat on 5/27/2025 from your Surprise AZ store. Kent Briggs was our sales person and he was excellent! He took his time with us and explained furniture and warranty. The delivery of furniture was quick and the two guys that delivered were polite and efficient. Thank you for a pleasant experience!
