PayPal is a convenient way to pay and my past orders were processed with through that platform. I do not like inputting my card info online. Paying by check is better but also a bit inconvenient. Your dropping Paypal is the only reason I gave 4 stars.

Pricing Product Delivery Quality

When I called to get info on replacing my toner , the agent I talked with was extremely helpful. He helped me to determine exactly what I needed, and walked me through the process of installing it. Delivery was only about three days, and although I am not a "techie" I was able to install it with no problem whatever. It was quick, easy, and everything works perfectly.
