I have been buying laser cartridge from you for years. Great price and great product. The last laser cartridge lasted 3 years. I also put the date on it when I install it. This is for home use, but I use my printer quite a bit.

Excellent customer service and Consultation on my ink issue not working properly.

I was happy with the site, but my order - not so much. I ordered two XP-4200 XLBlack cartridges and one was faulty. It would slide into the slot for the black cartridge, but the printer wouldn't accept it. So, now I have to send it back and ask for a refund or replacement. Not a great start!
