I was happy with the site, but my order - not so much. I ordered two XP-4200 XLBlack cartridges and one was faulty. It would slide into the slot for the black cartridge, but the printer wouldn't accept it. So, now I have to send it back and ask for a refund or replacement. Not a great start!

I'm sure the ink is fine like it has been for the last 10 years. However, Brother has now made it impossible to run the printer with their automatic updates. Foolish me for thinking I signed up for those. . . .

I was worried that it would be a scam, with how cheap the cartridges were. They're not! Ink is of good quality and my prints are great!

I am very please with 123inkjets' Brother and Canon supplies. The quality (Brother) is better than the OEM parts and the Canon inks are simply perfect. Obviously, I will be using 123inkjets again. Thank you.
