Product great. Price great. Shipping relatively quick. Completely satisfied. I would recommend without hesitation.

Because the printer cartridge came USPS (which always makes me nervous) it took a while to get here. But it arrived early enough so I was able to meet a deadline. My printer is for personal use so I don't do a lot of printing but the cartridge worked fine when I printed documents for the small job I had to meet a deadline. I will buy from this company again.

The cartridges I ordered and that were sent did not work. I talked to your customer service people. I sent pictures as requested. New cartridges were sent. I still had the same problem and the second set of cartridges sent did not work either. I wound up going to the local Office Max and purchased the HP cartridges. Bingo they worked just fine. Please let me know if you can get that problem resolved as your price is a much better price than what I had to pay but I also need to have cartridges that actually work. One cartridge had leaked and they replaced quickly.

Fair pricing and great cartridges.

This company used to be honest, reliable, and timely with quality products but my last shipment was a cheap knockoff that lacks some functionality. The product in the box is DIFFERENT from the picture on the box. I attempted to obtain the quality product (twice) and was told that I would have to pay for return shipping AND that all they could replace it with was the same as the order. I will never again order from 123inkjets.

I purchased ink, when it was received my printer rejected it, received free replacement of “updated version” inks, printer still rejected them, ended up having to get a refund and then still pay for the expensive branded ink. Good customer service, poor quality product (at least what I received)
