We’ve used these cartridges in the past and bought a big supply of them and then they suddenly stopped working. The printer said it couldn’t read the cartridges.

Good customer service.

I ordered the wrong toner and this company got the correct toners to me very quickly. Thank you so much!

they bent over backwards to get me what I needed, thanks

The original refill did not do they provide a replacement for free. Good customer service.

Horrible horrible horrible

I'm really pleased with 123inkjets. Their shipping is easy & inexpensive. Their website to order from is quite user friendly, & once you find the right product it is easy to complete your order.

This was 2nd cartrdg ordered & it produces a dark unusable copy. Please issue credit on my card. I can send you examples… The first cartridge makes an ugly copy but it’s usually readable. I have been using it. There’s a wide darkness down the whole sheet & latent images on bottom half Dan Thomas

Had small glitch in items in Order ~ corrected immediately with a short confirmation call. Very smooth resolution.

Tech support lady got your cartridges working great over the phone

Good pricing, arrived super quick, very happy with 123inkjets

I ordered an incorrect product and the return process was easy. Then was able to place an order using the credit. All handled smoothly.

Great service and great prices. We have multiple Brother printers in our business and their ink works well in all of them.

Great service and good quality. Received product as promised. Works well in my computer.

I highly recommend to everybody the HP compatible (HP89Y) Toner cartridge CF289 Y. Its cost $127 and its 20000 pages of quality printing make this product the best on the market
