I was very happy with the result of my email. Fabiola was very helpful. I didn't have to jump through hoops to get the cartridges replaced that were not recognized by the printer. This was awesome!

My printer would not recognize these cartridges. Had to throw them away and purchase genuine Epson ink. What a waste. The price was right which encouraged me to try.

Great price and quality service and delivery

Good prices, ink seems fine. It took 1 1/2 days for the shipping label to be created, then it didn't get shipped for another 2 days. So, plan accordingly or don't order if you need it within a week. I ordered at 12:20PM CDT on a Friday, received it 11 days later. Email says Order Date: 11/28/25, 10:19 AM, so West Coast, but was shipped from NY. So 1:19PM NY time Friday, but shipping label wasn't even created until 6:16pm Monday. Package wasn't received by USPS until Wed. morning. I received it the following Monday. No instructions either with ink nor on website.

Installed the cartridges and they didn't work. Error messages saying cartridges were bad was all we could. uninstalled re-installed several times.

It did not fit my printer and I need to know how to return it

I had an issue and called them. I was told they would ship out replacements right away as I let them know that I was out of ink because I trusted their product would work. A week later still no ink I was told 3-5 business days which would be today. I was told it shipped on the 10th which is not right away and they do not start counting until it ships. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager gave them an answer and would not speak to me even though I continued to ask the rep would not connect me to a manager. This company lost my trust buy somewhere else you will Thank me.
