Not only was the customer service unfriendly when I called, but I also received two completely different responses via email. Ultimately, I was told they would not accept a return, even though a prior email stated a return of the unopened one in the 2-pack could be. When I called back to request the name and contact information of someone other than the supervisor, I was informed that they could not provide that information. This was my first purchase with this company, and it will be my last. I acknowledge that I was not 100% certain of my exact printer model, which is why I relied on the company’s website dropdown menu and entered the information I had available. Based on that input, the site directed me to the product I ordered. While I understand that having more precise information may have helped, I reasonably assumed that a company specializing in printer ink would not present incompatible products based on the information entered. Additionally, it raises the question: how is a customer supposed to know a product is incompatible without opening the package to try installing it? Overall, this company does not appear to value customer support or to make reasonable efforts to resolve issues to retain business. To further complicate matters, the item listed on my receipt does not match what is shown on the box or the actual cartridges received.
