I got my order in a very timely manner.

All was good, but when ordering online the site would not except my PO box, so I put my physical address, which is not a mailing address, thinking it was going to be sent UPS. So, I had to make a 30 mile round trip to the post office in the other county to pick it up, because it was mailed not shipped.

2 cartridges didn’t work. No refund was offered.

Can’t give a review as of yet as I have not used product. I can only say that the product is reasonably priced.

My defective cartridges were expeditiously replaced. Another reason to use 123 inkjets, which have always been reliable for me.

One of the ink cartridges leaked everywhere as I opened the package to insert. Needless to say, what a mess. After cleaning up, things seem to go alright from there. If there are defective cartridges do I receive credit or replacement? Thank you.
