My defective cartridges were expeditiously replaced. Another reason to use 123 inkjets, which have always been reliable for me.

One of the ink cartridges leaked everywhere as I opened the package to insert. Needless to say, what a mess. After cleaning up, things seem to go alright from there. If there are defective cartridges do I receive credit or replacement? Thank you.

I have not installed it yet but all appears okay. I am happy wtth the delivery and the ink cassette is same as the one's that came with the printer. Hopefully all remains same and if so, you have me as a permanent purchaser.
