Just before I ordered a 123inkjet cartridge, I had experienced problems with two other cartridges. They were leaving lots of toner on my pages. I thought my printer was bad. Almost threw it away, but I decided to try a 123inkjet refurbished cartridge. Wow. It printed perfectly. No marks on pages. Very clean. Highly recommend.

2/22/26- Ran into a hiccup where the cartridge was incompatible with my printer. Tech support quickly addressed it, replacement needed and sent w/o charge. So far several of the MANY cartridges ordered for my 2 different printers are working.

Worked flawlessly with Epson new firmware.

These replacement cartridges are excellent. Could not be more pleased!
