The mattress was supposed to arrive on July 3rd, but I ended up getting it almost a week later on the 9th. IDK if I felt like they were really looking out for my shipment or just saying so, I brought it up both times I inquired about the shipment. Other than that, the mattress quality is a huge upgrade from my last. i haven't slept on it yet, I'm waiting for my bed frame and don't want to sleep on it until then for it to be 100%. But, from sitting on it and trying it briefly it feels really great!

The cooling factor with this mattress is insanely good. It's very easy to move around on. Feels soft but provides great support. The extra core support really helps. My back feels so much better.

We purchased the Apex Hybrid on 4/24/25. The mattress arrived in the promised time frame but the base did not. After contacting Glacier the base arrived within another 3 days. The bed was easy enough to assemble, although be aware it is weighty. The mattress is very comfortable. My husband prefers a softer sleep and I prefer a firmer sleep but the construction of this hybrid suits us both. The massager was nice even though it was not a big sell point for us when we were purchasing. The raising of the head and foot of the bed was great though. . . . for the first week. Then the remote quit working. Luckily we had returned the bed to a flat position in the morning to make the bed. I contacted the service number on the paperwork and they have been working with us to correct the problem. I received an email today (5/30/25) that a part is being sent that should correct the issue. Both Glacier and ServiceCo have been reponsive to our situation and hopefully once the part arrives we will have years of great sleep from our new bed.
