First few nights of sleep have been great!! The mattress was cool and had the right amount of bounce, will monitor for longer

The cooling factor with this mattress is insanely good. It's very easy to move around on. Feels soft but provides great support. The extra core support really helps. My back feels so much better.

We purchased the Apex Hybrid on 4/24/25. The mattress arrived in the promised time frame but the base did not. After contacting Glacier the base arrived within another 3 days. The bed was easy enough to assemble, although be aware it is weighty. The mattress is very comfortable. My husband prefers a softer sleep and I prefer a firmer sleep but the construction of this hybrid suits us both. The massager was nice even though it was not a big sell point for us when we were purchasing. The raising of the head and foot of the bed was great though. . . . for the first week. Then the remote quit working. Luckily we had returned the bed to a flat position in the morning to make the bed. I contacted the service number on the paperwork and they have been working with us to correct the problem. I received an email today (5/30/25) that a part is being sent that should correct the issue. Both Glacier and ServiceCo have been reponsive to our situation and hopefully once the part arrives we will have years of great sleep from our new bed.

Quick delivery, but… the mattress is so so hot (and all bedding is natural - wool, etc. ) and considerably softer and hard to move on than anticipated from the description. Will be returning as soon as the 30 days is up.

Fantastic mattress. So comfortable and nice relief for pressure points. I'm a side sleeper and used to wake up with sore hips and shoulders. . . not anymore. Best sleep I've had in ages.

I find the mattress too firm to be a medium. However, this is just my opinion, and yours may differ. I could only tolerate it for two nights before having to switch back to my old mattress.

I wanted to sleep on this mattress seven days before submitting a review. Delivery was fast. I did a lot of research before my purchase. Naplab was spot on regarding motion transfer as that was something that was a priority for me. I really like this mattress. The only reason I gave it four stars was because I prefer a firmer mattress, but that is my preference, and it is in my guest bedroom. Given the quality and unbelievable price. It is a no-brainer to purchase this mattress. I absolutely have no regrets.

Glacier made my purchase a very easy and pleasant experience. Not only were the prices straightforward and reasonable but Glacier provided adequate information regarding their return policy, satisfaction guarantee, and mattress qualification standards prior. That alone told me that GLACIER CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I went from sleeping on a broken mattress and boxspring with a very sore back waking up about 3 times a night to waking up only once when my alarm goes off. My back pain and stiffness has decreased significantly and that may not sound good but my back is still healing from my last torturous mattress. Overall I can not recommend Glacier enough. What a quality service and product. Thank you Glacier!

Too early to tell, slept on it for one night. I know that the base model doesn't actually do a great job at cooling, and that is definitely true. But it was comfortable sleeping on my back and shoulders for now. Will update as ae go.

Mattress as advertized. Per suggestions, I let it stand on the frame for 24 hours before sleeping on it. It is as firm, and soft, as I expected, maybe with the pillow top more on the soft side. It's very comfortable and cool. I'm very satisfied with my choice so far, though it has only been a few days. But so far, I'd buy it again.

This cooling mattress was a game changer for my guest room. We live in texas and often people aren’t used to the heat but this has gotten compliments on how comfortable and cool it really does feel. Also felt amazing ordering from a USA brand. I could tell it was made to order because it didnt have that intense plastically smell when you usually order mattresses online.

Very comfortable and amazing value for the price. Great balance of firm support with plushness on top. I originally bought the apex but that was so comfortable I moved it from my guest room to my bedroom! We got the summit as well and both beds are amazing.

Maybe my hopes were too high or I picked the wrong type of Glacier mattress but the Summit Hybrid did not live up to expectation. I'm not cooler and it is harder getting out of bed due to sinking in on the sides when pushing out of bed. I felt like I did my research well but obviously I was over confident. Bottom line, my 9 year old Casper was just as good and slightly better till the day I exchange it for the Summit Hybrid. In fairness, the deeper height of the Summit is better as the majority of sheets as now deeper and thus much less bunching of the fitted sheet during the night.

Easily the best sleep I’ve had in years. For the last couple years I’ve had trouble falling asleep so I decided to finally switch mattresses and it’s been the best decision. Ever since I switched to the glacier apex hybrid I’ve been sleeping better and my back pain has improved drastically.

I was skeptical about buying a mattress shipped in a box, but this product has greatly exceeded my expectations. Immediately after unfurling the mattress, it was fully plush and ready to use. Best part- it didn't smell like weird latex or chemicals! It's an absolutely lovely mattress to sleep on, and everyone who tries it agrees. You'll never guess it came in the mail!
