So far so good

The mattress is very comfortable (although 14" feels sooo tall). Delivery was quick and went well (the referral for white-glove install and takeaway was excellent).

Shipping was on time. Product has been as described. We are happy with so far (it has been about a week). We went with Glacier because the last mattress we purchased became overly soft and pitted after about 18 months. So far, this mattress has more structure. We hope this is the case over time!

Great mattress. So far very comfortable.

The bed came promptly and my initial reaction is that it is very comfortable. It is a guest bed so I haven't spent a night on it but I am optimistic that house guest will be very comfortable.

Shipping for mattresses was quick. Shipping for the frames took a while longer, so we couldn't use the mattresses right away. Half the frame came one day, half the day after. The second half was missing 2 cotter pins and may have previously been returned as it was packaged differently than the first. I also initially sent an email after we received the mattresses inquiring about when the bed frame would be shipped which was quickly answered, saying it would be sent to someone who could possibly answer that question, but then it was never answered.

Mattress came faster than expected and was in great condition.

Arrived on time, only compressed 5 days before it got to my apartment (quick turnaround means less damage done to the foam). Quality company, no complaints whatsoever.

It was left on my porch and easy to put on my frame. It’s just not overwhelmingly great.

Sleeps marvelous and cool. Very comfortable!

We are pleased with our purchase. The mattress arrived in good shape and took shape very quickly. The new foam smell was gone after a few days. Our back pain has lessened since using the mattress! It is a slight bit firm for side sleeping, but fine for combination sleeping. Over all for the price, a very good purchase for us.

The product is great but the delivery was another issue. the mattresses showed up on time but the bed frame was 3 weeks late. I had to make several phone calls and some emails to get customer service to make it happen. So after all that it is a very comfortable bed and am happy with it.

This mattress surpassed my all my expectations. I ended up liking it more than I expected, the design, the shipping, the size, the quality, all fantastic. This mattress had everything I was looking for, the pocket springs, soft exterior, sleek design, medium firmness quality, and cooling technology. I can already tell this mattress is going to be great for a long time.

Hot than expected

After months of researching looking for an option that would fit our families needs we settled in Glacier mostly because of their positive customer reviews. After corresponding with their online help system, I was ensured that the adjustable base would work with our bed frame and that everything was risk free. Upon delivery, I noticed the base did not look like it could be used with a platform bed. The online assistant apologized for the mistake and then notified me that sales on the adjustable base are final. So the $750 for an adjustable base is wasted as the brand new base sits in its original box on the floor of my house with only an apology for being unclear from the ai costumer service representative.

I am not sleeping on this mattress, but my daughter and her husband, who are visiting with my grandson are. And they have nothing but glowing reviews. Comfortable, cool and supportive. I have to commend customer service as well. They were responsive, polite and incredibly helpful. Thank you. I will be ordering another for my other guest room.

Mattress is a 5…. delivery of bed frame not so much.

Best mattress I've ever slept on! Kept me cool and I didn't wake up sweating, as I'm prone to do, any time during the night. Big win!
