Hot than expected

After months of researching looking for an option that would fit our families needs we settled in Glacier mostly because of their positive customer reviews. After corresponding with their online help system, I was ensured that the adjustable base would work with our bed frame and that everything was risk free. Upon delivery, I noticed the base did not look like it could be used with a platform bed. The online assistant apologized for the mistake and then notified me that sales on the adjustable base are final. So the $750 for an adjustable base is wasted as the brand new base sits in its original box on the floor of my house with only an apology for being unclear from the ai costumer service representative.

I am not sleeping on this mattress, but my daughter and her husband, who are visiting with my grandson are. And they have nothing but glowing reviews. Comfortable, cool and supportive. I have to commend customer service as well. They were responsive, polite and incredibly helpful. Thank you. I will be ordering another for my other guest room.

Mattress is a 5…. delivery of bed frame not so much.

Best mattress I've ever slept on! Kept me cool and I didn't wake up sweating, as I'm prone to do, any time during the night. Big win!

The mattress was supposed to arrive on July 3rd, but I ended up getting it almost a week later on the 9th. IDK if I felt like they were really looking out for my shipment or just saying so, I brought it up both times I inquired about the shipment. Other than that, the mattress quality is a huge upgrade from my last. i haven't slept on it yet, I'm waiting for my bed frame and don't want to sleep on it until then for it to be 100%. But, from sitting on it and trying it briefly it feels really great!

I've had it for a couple days now. Never slept so good. Finally getting a good night's rest.

Still giving it a chance but not totally sold yet. Waking up a little stiff and not nearly as cool as we had hoped.

Forgot to ship my order until I called to complain. The bed is also uncomfortable.

I had trouble getting this product to my home. Had to contact customer service several times. Customer service was great. The free shipping was not.
