Terrific, comfortable and cool

Shipping was a problem but the pillow is amazing definitely a amazing gift and probably the best cooling pillow yet

This is our second mattress from you. First one is really nice in one of our r v's, and we just did this again for the fifth wheel. Very comfortable mattress, good edge support, never a problem with heating.

Overall I am very impressed with the mattress! It stays cool consistently each night and it works very well with an adjustable mattress. I do not have night sweats anymore and it pairs wonderfully with a Bedjet cooling system. Pair it with some nice cooling pillows and you will get a wonderful sleep!

Delivery was good. Online store is good. The customer service agents are not accessible. I have tried to contact them before via the online chat, but I received no response within 30 minutes.

The mattress did not ship when they originally said it would, did eventually arrive at my house days later. Wanted it to arrive sooner than later, expand & air out before my surgery. Was never able to talk to a human in customer service.

Definitely cool to the touch it is a little more firm than I was expecting between 5:00 and 6:00 but I got to say it's pretty comfortable nonetheless

Has worked well for my nephew who gets night sweats. We also got cooling sheets and comforter.

The mattress and bedding products are great. The communication on when products ship needs some work. I ordered all of my items on 2/10 the mattress shipped quickly and that was communicated well. The bedding products however were not communicated well. Did not receive any notification until I contacted customer service multiple times and then received a notification well beyond the 1-3 business day timeframe advertised on the website.

I went down the mattress rabbit hole for hours and hours looking for the perfect mattress for my guest bedroom. I want my guests to feel super cozy and comfortable, they usually travel a long way to come stay with me. I think I found the perfect fit that pretty much anybody would love sleeping on. At this price point I really don’t think you can beat it. And the mattress came fast and very well packaged, unpacked perfectly and no weird smell at all! Thank you Glacier!

Simply glorious. Worth every penny penny. As new parents trying to catch some sleep in between feeding the baby every three hours, wow. The same price as our stroller. Why don’t more parents add this to their bay registry?!

Shipping was fast and easy. The bed does not feel like a plush and it is so heavy I don't know how I will change the sheets.

The Glacier original hybrid is what I hoped it would be, a firm mattress that is comfortable and affordable. I am only a week into sleeping on this mattress but I am pleased with the support and pressure relief it provides. I can’t really say it is noticeably cooler than other hybrid mattresses but it does not sleep hot so far. It feels solidly made and I hope it lasts several years.

Customer service was great. Unfortunately, more than a week went by before my order was shipped, and it took me emailing the CS team to get the order shipped.
