This review is purely based on the delivery and not the actual mattress topper, which I haven’t used yet for the reasons below. My order was lost, things happen I get it, not a big deal. However, the way it was handled was terrible. I asked about the status of the order and was told it was not processed in the usual timely manner. I asked if it could be sent to a different address (this was for a second home) since it would not be delivered on time as stated and didn’t want it sitting outside for days. They said they would accommodate and that was the last I heard from anyone. I still hadn’t received a tracking number so I called numerous times, left messages, and sent several emails. It didn’t seem like anyone worked at this place and I had to call back like 6 times just to get to a voicemail. The phone system just hangs up if it doesn’t like the option you choose. “If you’d like to speak with an agent, please call back”, except I could never get to an agent. No one responded at all. The package finally came to the wrong address and sat outside for days. The lack of communication was unacceptable. This is not how you deal with mistakes.

This is our second mattress from you. First one is really nice in one of our r v's, and we just did this again for the fifth wheel. Very comfortable mattress, good edge support, never a problem with heating.

Love my mattress. Been sleeping on it for a week and a half and it's exactly what I was hoping for. Able to sleep on my stomach and back without waking up to lower back ache. As for coolness, so far so good but will wait for summer in the high desert before giving my final verdict. My main reason for buying this mattress was the coolness rating from Naplabs.

Overall I am very impressed with the mattress! It stays cool consistently each night and it works very well with an adjustable mattress. I do not have night sweats anymore and it pairs wonderfully with a Bedjet cooling system. Pair it with some nice cooling pillows and you will get a wonderful sleep!

The experience was easy and the service was excellent. The mattress is a perfect firmness for us and the split king is great for each of us adjusting our mattress as needed or desired.

Delivery was good. Online store is good. The customer service agents are not accessible. I have tried to contact them before via the online chat, but I received no response within 30 minutes.

The mattress did not ship when they originally said it would, did eventually arrive at my house days later. Wanted it to arrive sooner than later, expand & air out before my surgery. Was never able to talk to a human in customer service.

Cool temp but wake up every morning with lower back pain , which I did not have with my old mattress this mattress may be a little too soft

Definitely cool to the touch it is a little more firm than I was expecting between 5:00 and 6:00 but I got to say it's pretty comfortable nonetheless

Has worked well for my nephew who gets night sweats. We also got cooling sheets and comforter.
