I didn't have contact with anyone from Glacier but found all the information on the website. Delivery was faster than expected. My only negative is I was given a delivery time window and arrived home over an hour early and there was the box! Not a bad thing, but glad I live in a comfortable neighborhood!

Delivery was very fast! So far the mattress is delightful, it's only been a few days so we'll make sure it maintains it's comfort and form. But we are very pleased so far with the quality and the timeliness.

Timely response to questions. My mattress is great. I would consider the Apex Hybrid a medium-firm mattress which is perfect for me. However, I wish the springs were a little quieter as they make a slight (crunch sound) when moving around or sitting on the edge.

Haven’t slept on it yet, still waiting for it to air out and the odor to go away. It’s been five days. Anyone know how long it takes before they’re odor is neutralized?

Mattress is great (apex) though you should let it air out for two days before sleeping on it as most synthetic mattresses do have a bit of a smell. That wont bother me though, as its aired out now and sleeps very good. This is the best mattress ive ever slept on.

Doesn't stay cool long. And it makes me slide off the bed multiple times during my sleep

Shipping was great. Might want to return it for the next one in line which would be a little bit softer.

I like the mattress, but I do feel the cooling aspect is not as good as I hoped. With a mattress protector it loses the cooling feel. Side sleeping doesn’t get as much pressure relief as I hoped as well. Overall I still like it

Finally, a spontaneous gift for my wife that works out! Finding one option that works for both of our needs is usually a challenge, but this one nailed it. The motion isolation and cooling feature are excellent. It clearly makes a great first impression, too—my parents are already buying one after a quick 'test drive' on ours!

I found Glacier mattresses through NapLab’s reviews, and I am very pleased to say that this company lives up to the hype. You would never guess that the mattress came out of a box except for the slight factory smell (which I’m sure will dissipate). It feels very well made and durable, AND it shipped in mere days despite it being just before Christmas. Thanks Glacier, and to many good nights of sleep to come!

No problem with order. I did have to email Glacier to check order status, so that is the only small issue. Mattress arrived well packaged and ready to go.

Delivery was fine. Reaching a live person to talk to was frustrating.

Shipped very quickly. Very happy w it. Was incredibly heavy (king size) make sure you open plastic cover w the right side down. I was pretty much knocked down by the force of the mattress bursting out! So beware.
