Communication was limited, but shipping happened fairly quickly. Box arrived pretty beat up and torn, but contents were intact.

Great company all around. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Shipping was fast and easy. The bed does not feel like a plush and it is so heavy I don't know how I will change the sheets.

Mattress arrived in reasonable amount of time without any issues.

The Glacier original hybrid is what I hoped it would be, a firm mattress that is comfortable and affordable. I am only a week into sleeping on this mattress but I am pleased with the support and pressure relief it provides. I can’t really say it is noticeably cooler than other hybrid mattresses but it does not sleep hot so far. It feels solidly made and I hope it lasts several years.

New Glacier Summit Hybrid mattress

So many mattress’s to choose from. But I narrowed it down by reading the reviews and looking in my price range. Very clear cut information from Glacier and nothing hidden between the lines. Ordered, they acknowledged my purchase quickly and had my mattress within four/ five days. The delivery person even helped me get it into the house. Is this the mattress for us? Only time will tell. So far so good 😊

I didn't have contact with anyone from Glacier but found all the information on the website. Delivery was faster than expected. My only negative is I was given a delivery time window and arrived home over an hour early and there was the box! Not a bad thing, but glad I live in a comfortable neighborhood!

Delivery was very fast! So far the mattress is delightful, it's only been a few days so we'll make sure it maintains it's comfort and form. But we are very pleased so far with the quality and the timeliness.

Timely response to questions. My mattress is great. I would consider the Apex Hybrid a medium-firm mattress which is perfect for me. However, I wish the springs were a little quieter as they make a slight (crunch sound) when moving around or sitting on the edge.

Haven’t slept on it yet, still waiting for it to air out and the odor to go away. It’s been five days. Anyone know how long it takes before they’re odor is neutralized?

Mattress is great (apex) though you should let it air out for two days before sleeping on it as most synthetic mattresses do have a bit of a smell. That wont bother me though, as its aired out now and sleeps very good. This is the best mattress ive ever slept on.
