Hi! I am looking forward to experiencing any of the benefits as I am on my first month taking those intoxicating pink flavored gummies. I want to like them badly but they are extremely sweet to the point where they taste sweeter than my kids gummies! I don’t understand why you need to add so much flavor and sugar to them! Is it possible to get a less sugar and flavor version? Women aren’t kids you don’t need to sugar coated it.

I’ve never dealt with major cramps or bloating but I was super hopeful this would help with my hormonal acne... after 3 months- no change. Like clockwork just before my period comes along, so has the acne.

These vitamins taste great and have helped me have less breakouts before my period.

I took them for months and stopped while changing up my diet. The awful PMS symptoms came back and I realized what a big difference they make. My only complaint is I really need a sugar free option. Any hope of a sugar free Flo option in the future?

They ship on time every month, I've never run out between bottles. The package is nice and simple and the bottles are totally reusable. I really do feel like these help with my pms/period cramps!! Major difference: without them I'm lying in the fetal position hoping for death, with them, I'm able to have a normal day! I still feel it but SO MUCH LESS.

Love these! They work great and taste great but I have to stop buying them because the high carb (sugar) content. Please consider using stevia! I need these but being on keto I’m only allowed 20 carbs a day and no sugar so I can’t take them! Half of America is on keto so please please make an option with a natural sweetner like stevia/monk fruit/allulose! Please!!!

This is an amazing product! I no longer feel really bad cramps. With every period I would break out bad and it would take me forever to fix my skin, by that time the next period would come! It was a vicious cycle of bad skin. But now barely any acne! My face has never been so clear for this long. I tested the product by doing it for a month feeling out the cramps and then not taking it for a month and boy did I feel those cramps without the gummies! I am putting my trust in this product and company because of the promised results that do change your life. There’s not enough I can say about Flo. I’ve never had such clear skin in my life, my mood has improved, my period started out of nowhere as I had no cramps or symptoms leading up to it, my appetite has balanced out, I don’t have as many cravings anymore, I’ve began to lose weight again after a plateau. I was on the fence about Flo in the beginning due to the sugar in it. I have PCOS and try to avoid added sugar when I can. Because of this I started and stopped it then recently started again. I had a hard time that i never got the refill in time some times it was even a week late.

The packaging was fine ( just a big envelope) and the service a was always kind (they got right back to be me when I had a question re; the arrival of my product). The shipping was normally on time so I didn't run out which I appreciated ( after the first month which was a little wonky) but the vitamin it's self just did nothing for me. I have PCOS so maybe that's why but I took it religiously for 3 months and saw 0 change unfortunately. Was taking to try and help with cramps and moods. Tastes great but in the end I couldn't justify buying them because I didn't see a benefit.

I’ve been using these for two months now. Normally I would literally have PMS symptoms for a full 2 weeks or more before I got my period, but now I only PMS for a day or two before my cycle begins, and my cramps aren’t as severe anymore.
