These gummies are amazing! Definitely a life change, my periods are so bad each month, I get very moody and terrible cramps. I am on my second month and my last cycle was a big difference, less moodiness, and my cramps were definitely decreased. I can’t wait to see the changes this next month! You can’t go wrong, and they taste delicious and give you energy :)

I must be one of the rare people with unforeseen side effects, but after the 1st month my skin started getting dry, which is weird because I’ve always had oily skin. After month 2 onto month 3, my skin was majorly scaly, itchy, red, irritated and dry. During the time I was suffering from dry itching skin, I tried changing my skin care routine and I also didn’t use any products on my face for weeks to see if that would help. The only thing that helped my skin, is not taking Flo anymore. It’s been 9 days since I last took Flo, and my skin is almost back to how it was before I started Flo. I will say, it didn’t do much for acne, but it did seem to help with bloating. I really wanted to like Flo.

I received my Flo Vitamins the day I started my PMS cycle and I was surprised to notice that my cramps weren’t as bad as they used to be; I could actually get up and walk around without being in pain and my mood was amazing, I didn’t even feel like I was PMSing and I didn’t have any acne/pimples that come with PMSing and I wasn’t bloated, I was literally on cloud nine and my PMS cycle was shorter then usual which is amazing. I’ve suffered from heavy periods and horrible pms since I was a teenager. Bad bloating, migraines, extremely painful breasts (so much so that it hurt to wear a seatbelt sometimes 😣), cravings, baaaad cramping and even nausea. I personally never wanted to go on birth control and instead always opted for natural alternatives like teas, heating pads, etc. I saw an ad for Flo a little while ago on fb and kept it in my orbit while I did some research. I eventually caved and decided to give it a try. Well, I’ve been taking Flo for two months now (like they advise before starting to see results) and guys.... I have FINALLY found relief. I am honestly ELATED. I am not exaggerating- I had NO PMS SYMPTOMS!!!! LITERALLY NONE!!!! My period totally crept up on me! My quality of life has improved so much. No bloating, no cravings, no ache, no nausea, NO painful breasts - and I honestly think my period is even a tiny bit lighter! Definitely still some annoying cramping and a migraine the day of, but it’s a DRASTIC improvement from my periods before!!!!! I been using it’s for about 5 months now and the first month I still got terrible cramps burning my boobs did not hurt. I wanted to love it but 4 months later, my cramps level at a 6/10 but holy cow my boobs hurts sooo freakin bad. It hasn’t help me much, while it taste great, it hasn’t done anything for me.

I was skeptical! But after years of bad PMS, I gave it a try. 2 months in and I am hooked. No week long PMS before my period, less moody, less acne and no sore boobs. This stuff is the best- wish I had it years ago.

I started my cycle about a month after starting these gummies and I do think they made a difference with symptoms. However, if you look at the label you'll see they contain 1176% of the daily recommended amount of B6. My functional medicine doctor gave me a blood test about a month and a half after I started these and my B6 levels were insanely high, dangerously so. I'm not saying these shouldn't be taken at all, I would just suggest talking to your doctor about your B6 intake to see if they're right for you.

This is our second order. Greatly helps my 17 y/o with bloating and cramps. She's still moody a/f, but she's no longer waking up in the middle of the night doubled over in agony from cramps and hunting for the heating pad at 2am. She's also able to take less ibuprofen so this is a win for us. I also think she has less hormonal acne. I'll keep buying these as long as they appear to be helping my kid.

Tried for two months. My period came sooner and felt the same, but lasted shorter by a day it seems. I however gained weight and don't know if it's because of flo or what but I have hit a personal high in weight the last month so I decided to cancel flo just in case. It does taste great though.

honestly didn't think it would really work for me. but I am so amazed it has. I used to suffer from crazy cramps, have ugly periods, and would break out like badly... seriously since month one, there's been a difference. no pains, almost one day periods!, my skin is sooooo much better, and I'm not feeling the bloating weight that usually comes every month. I have had the worst mood swings, bloating, and acne in my mid 30’s than I ever did when I was younger. I’m talking cystic acne around that time and severe PMS-to the point where I had to get put on Paxil(we’re talking Jekyll and Hide). I’ve been super skeptical about FLO, but had been eyeing it for some time, especially with all the amazing reviews and I would much rather try something on the natural side when it comes to things like this. I ordered FLO and got it right after my last period, so I started taking it right away. I am now 2 days from my next cycle and I can’t even tell I’m about to start!! No bloating, no crazy mood swings and no acne. This is seriously life changing. I’m slowly getting off of the Paxil, so I’m hoping FLO continues to work it’s magic!

Ever since I went back on birth control, my hormonal acne had been terrible. I've been taking FLO for some time now, and it truly makes a difference. It has also helped so much with period and PMS symptoms. Ive recommended this to friends and my sister as well. I didn't think little gummies that taste so good, could work so well!

I have had debilitating cramps and other period symptoms for as long as I can remember. I would take a day or two off of school/work almost monthly unless I was lucky enough for it to fall over a weekend. I have been using FLO for three months now and it has changed my world! My period cramps used to leave me dizzy, nauseous and living off of Midol. After taking FLO I have virtually no cramping. I have not seen a huge change in mood swings, but getting rid of the cramps is a huge success for me! Highly recommend giving them a try. I no longer have to plan my life around my period:)

My only concern about the vitamins is the packaging. It would be nice if the packaging was more eco-friendly. Then I also find something to do with the other container I receive. I did notice a difference after two months. These are definitely beneficial for me to take! So much more clarity now it is awesome. I never want to go back. These make a huge impact for myself. I am on my first bottle and I was surprised when my period started. Where were my thoughts of stabbie stab? Were was my angry face? These little circles of happy thoughts taste so good. I look forward to eating them in the morning. Should they be these good? I think they are made of magic noms noms. They sit on my desk proudly and with googly eyes staring at me with love.

Unfortunately, the gummies did not help me. I’ve had severe period cramps, bloating, acne, and other period related symptoms for years. No change after trying the gummies for several months as directed. They taste good and I got them on time which is why they get two stars but really weren’t effective for me/a waste of my money.

I'm a client for life! I'm in my early 40's and have PCOS, which makes PMS even worse. All my life, I've had many PMS symptoms that I could only wish would go away. With FLO, my wish came true... and I still can't believe it! I've only been taking FLO for 3 months, but here are all the changes I've experienced: - Severe acne to 2-3 small pimples - Painful cramps for 1-2 days to no cramps at all - Bad food cravings and excessive eating for a week- I don't get hangry at all, am able to stay on intermittent fasting routing - BIG CHANGE! Because of PCOS, I have lost a lot of hair and when I shower, that's when I see the most hair fall out. Flo staff have been great! They responded to my emails in a timely manner, helped me with the problems I was having, and refunded me when my rewards didn't redeem properly. I am very satisfied with this company.

Though I appreciate them not tasting like a vitamin bomb, these are overly sweet to me. I recently cut sugar from my diet and had to stop taking these because of that. It's a bummer as I feel these do help with PMS symptoms. Hoping they'll work on a formula that doesn't have so much sugar for those of us sensitive to it. Think vitamin, not candy!
