Definitely took the 2 months to show results. But my hormonal acne is pretty much gone, my cramps have basically disappeared. Definitely recommend!

I just wish they would make the gummies with less sugar. I don’t understand the need for the gummies to have so much sugar we’re not little kids anymore. I’m my Opinion their really sweet the company could make them with less sugar as that would do us better too.

I’ve been taking these for several months now. I’m not sure they really do anything, but they taste good! The automatic shipping is very convenient. They aren’t causing any harm, so I might just keep eating them. I was hoping they would help with my hormonal acne, but so far I haven’t noticed any change. Some users have talked about weight change, but I haven’t noticed any difference there either. However, I’ve never found anything else that works for my hormonal acne (prescription or OTC), so I wouldn’t say this won’t work for you. It’s probably just me.

I tried these for two months, and I really didn’t think they were working, so I cancelled my subscription for a month. Within a couple of weeks of not taking them, my skin started breaking out. I guess I had taken for granted how good my skin had been doing on them. I didn’t really find relief from other symptoms, but clear skin is the most important to me anyway. I’ve just renewed my subscription.

People are usually skeptical when buying things online that “claim” to solve your problems HOWEVER this is not a scam! I repeat this is not a scam! I have had a period since I was 8 years old, and crippling period pain and hormone challenges since I was 13. I love these vitamins ! The benefits are wonderful! However the taste is horrible!I wish that they were available in different flavors!

It hasn't stopped my bad cramping or help me lose weight, but it helped me with my acne. I will keep using it for a while to see if anything changes in a few months.

The only vitamin that has ever made a noticeable difference in my mood all month long! Also customer service is very responsive and helpful!

Okay, seriously - FLO is the BEST! Please never leave me! At first, I didn't know what to expect. I was in need of something that would help with my horrible period symptoms, and thankfully stumbled across FLO. After months of trying it, I have NEVER felt this good before/on/after my period... I am finally on a regular cycle and get BARELY any symptoms before a period, whereas before I was feeling all of the things (intense bloating, cravings, mood swings, cramps - you name it) Now I don't even feel when my time of the month is coming, which is so hard to believe. I am so grateful to have found FLO because it has honestly changed everything for me and it is so easy to take each day. I honestly look forward to taking it. And I just tried the immunity gummies...so far they are great!

I've been taking FLO for about 3-4 months now and have noticed a big difference. I used to have horrible cramps the week before my cycle along with awful bloating. Now I can barely tell that I'm going to get my cycle at all. I luckily use a phone app, but almost takes away all symptoms of PMS. I still get cramps during my cycle, but the week prior is now all gone :)

so, i'm not even a full bottle in, but i have been through a cycle with these bad boys now. i am hoping that as i get another month in that they only get better, but even if not, i will still put them in the worth it category. one: they are SWEET. like maybe too sweet. if that got scaled back a smidge, i wouldn't be upset. but they are good. and i can get over it. at least they don't taste like the south end of a north bound skunk. two: i still wanted to crawl in a little ball, vomit and die for a bit with the cramps this time. BUT, only for like 3 hours, instead of all day. so, that is a win. again, i've not even completed a full bottle, and i am hoping that as i get more in me, they will work better. three: no menstrual migraine! like at all. four: appetite changes weren't bad, i still ate everything i saw, but because i wanted to. not because i had to. tl;dr: sweet, but edible. didn't cure me, but i feel the improvement. hoping that it only gets better with time. would suggest.
