I love that a product does what it says it will. I know it probably won't work for everyone, but for those of us with annoying but generally regular PMS, it certainly does help ease body soreness and cramping! They're tasty AF and squash my sweet cravings at night after dinner, so that's when I save them for. Thank you for this!!

I started taking Flo because I would get THE worst boob pain in the middle of every cycle. The pain level was about the same as post-birth engorgement pain! It got to the point where my bra barely touching my skin would cause serious cringing. I saw an ad on Instagram for Flo and thought --- it can't hurt! A month or so went by and the change was significant. I literally had NO boob pain. I am sold, I can not go without these vitamins (I tried for a month but OUCH!). Do yourself a favor, and just try them!

These vitamins are the best supplement I have ever taken. I was very skeptical and didn't want to spend $25 on vitamins but these changed my life. I don't even notice I'm pmsing now it's incredible, I've been taking these for 2 months and my period cramps are almost completely gone. The refer a friend reward is great too, they basically refer themselves when they see how your drastically your life changes!

Been using this product for four months now and unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me. I still get terrible cramps, bloating, and breakouts. The only plus is that it tastes amazing. I just wish that I can find some relief for my painful cramps and excessive breakouts.

I recently decided to stop taking birth control pills to control my periods, hormonal acne, and PMDD symptoms. At that same time, I decided to start taking these gummies and I can't believe how fast I have seen results! I honestly forgot that I was supposed to start my period because my PMS symptoms were so mild that I didn't even think about it. I will be taking these for a long while! Thank you flow gummies!

I really tried to give these a fair shot and I think they did help a little with my hormonal acne. But after four months of eating them every day I can’t stand the taste anymore! They’re disgustingly sweet. I finished my last day yesterday and I’m so relieved not to have to eat them anymore. I just didn’t see the huge improvements they claim to make like weight loss and no cramping or mood swings so it wasn’t worth it to force myself to eat them every day. If they ever come in a pill form I might come back to it, but I won’t be repurchasing at this time. Also, a small thing, but two of my four bottles had an uneven number of gummies in them, which is pretty annoying when you have to eat two every night.

I'm 34 and started experiencing cystic back acne before my periods for about 6 or 7 months prior to trying these vitamins. In addition, the past few years my cycles have changed (they shortened by about 2 days and started happening every 3 weeks instead of my previous schedule of 2, which was honestly not a problem with me, haha). I also deal with flu symptoms a few days before my period. It's just been a mess since I entered my thirties, understandably. I figured these might help with at least the acne, so I tried them for a month and I no longer experience the cystic acne. The flu symptoms still remain and now my cycle seems to have switched back to the more frequent schedule, (that could be a fluke), but I no longer experience hormonal weight gain or bloating and my cramps are way better. I don't expect miracles, but for the benefits I'm seeing, I'll give these 5 stars and continue taking them. I may pop back after another month with more details, in case it helps anyone like me who found some relief through these gummies. Also, they do taste great! It could be a problem for someone with a sweet tooth...I'd eat the whole bottle in one go if they weren't supplements.

My daughter asked me to order FLO for her, and after reading about them, I decided to also order them for myself. For the past year, my body has been very irregular, and I was skipping a cycle, almost 60 days between periods. At 47 I began to have hormonal acne, just one giant break out every month in the middle of my forehead. In the very first bottle my acne disappeared and my cycle reemerged, every 28 days, on the dot. I cannot say enough about these vitamins. I usually have pretty painful pms symptoms for a week before my period begins, but with Flo I didn’t have any cramps or aches until the day of! I mean I was so shocked when I realized I hadn’t had any aches leading up to my period. Before Flo, I only took Spironolactone to help with my hormonal cystic acne. It helped but I would still get a few small-medium cysts during my period. Using Flo in conjunction with Spironolactone I have had 0 acne flare ups. I’m so so happy with these vitamins. I’ll be a long time customer!!!

I love FLO! I've only been on it for about 1.5 months but they work amazingly. I got off of birth control after almost 8 years this past summer, and my periods have been crazy ever since. My cramps have been super painful and I haven't been used to them since my BC has always kept everything at bay. FLO started working as soon as my first period hit and I didn't have ANY cramps and minimal bloating. I'm usually super skeptical of these kinds of things but I'm so glad I tried it!! Wow FLO!! Im very impressed. I just finished my first bottle and im already noticing/feeling the small changes in my cycle. Ive tired very remedy known to women for PMS and nothing worked besides taking 4 aleve for cramps to go away. I get all the symptoms; back pain, breast pain, terrible cramps, bloating, fatigue, mood swings, irritability, all of it and for the first time its been dialed back to like a 7 from a 10/11 in the first Month. I have been taking these for two cycles as recommended. My acne has not improved. My cramps, bloating, and fatigue are much worse than before.

So I'm wrapping up my first month, and I must say I'm really happy with the results so far! I've had multiple cycles (new BC/weight loss/diet etc) within this month of taking FLO and my cramps are like barely existent. I purchased these because my Feb cycle had me in fetal positional an entire weekend, not to mention I took a sick day because of how bad they are. Right now, I'm experiencing another cycle and the little cramps I have are super tolerable. Can't wait to see what month 2 will bring! My only issue with FLO is the sugar/carbs lol- I follow keto and it totally taps into my allotted carbs for the day-however it's so worth it!

I start with saying how delicious those are! I could eat them like candy :) yum! Definitely helped with bloating and breaking- helped a lot actually!!! My skin is super clean and I didn't have to wear my big/ period pants :) Very happy with this outcome. However I am puzzled, because I feel more tired since I started taking those gummies, I switched from taking them in the morning to evening hoping this would help, but didn't. Also, my headaches got worse, I always have migraines around the time of my period and I had it under control to a degree, but last month was horrible- I even had to take a day off from work because I just couldn't move. Also sensation of restless legs increased and that didn't help with sleep as well. I don't know if this is just a seasonal fluke (change of seasons winter->spring) or some of the ingredients just don't work for me. I will keep on taking them for another month and see if my issues resolve, if not I am gonna have to cancel. Too bad.

Before taking these vitamins, I was experiencing horrible cramping that prescribed medication could not help. These vitamins have helped ease my cramping so the medication could work and I’m not needing it as often!! They have been a real life saver!!
