My hormonal acne has improved drastically over the last month since I started FLO. I didn't break out around my period like I usually do, and my period pain was DRASTICALLY lessened. I only needed Tylenol and could go about my day. Usually, I am in unbearable pain. Thank you FLO for this drastic improvement to my life!!

Unfortunately this product didn’t do anything for me. I still have cramps, bloating, acne and other symptoms to the same degree as before I started taking these vitamins. I took them for 2 months, every day, as is suggested. But still no results. However, I will say, that they are very tasty and reasonably priced for a supplement like this. I wish that it had worked for me, as it seems to have worked for many other people.

First of all awesome gummies, flavor is awesome, perfect portion. I have really bad cramps on the first day, I usually would take a painkiller to get through the day. I tried FLO for 2 period cycles and this time I could bear the cramps wihch also only lasted a couple of hours. Past 2-3 years I started noticing acne on my face, after Flo my acne was not totally gone but significantly reduced like just a small acne appears and went away, no paifull acne. I take one in the morning and one through out the day when I want to eat something sweet. This review is honest opinion and to help all those girls who are considering to try I encourage it.

These gummies are fun and tasty to eat each morning, but I'm not convinced that they work all that well. I am on my third cycle with them and I've never had so much acne in my life. I've never had acne at all, actually. I was very impressed when I had an almost painless period just 3 weeks after starting Flo. That only ever happens when I drink a chaste berry tea blend daily. That particular tea routine has been very time consuming, and I was happy to find an alternative. I was sold, but now the acne on my shoulders and face has me thinking my loose leaf tea routine is worth the while.

Been taking these for 30 days, just started my period and it really helped me days leading up to my period. I wasn’t as bloated, my acne was very minimum; the only obvious symptom leading up to my period was tender breast. I see results and I hope to see more results for my next time of the month.

I've was diagnosed with PMDD at a young age. For 30 yrs I have suffered every possible PMS symptom & have tried several medications. I figured I'd try Flo, too. It probably wouldn't work, but let's give it a whirl! Wow!!! It actually helped! I still get some hormonal breakouts & cramping but the irritability that would start 2 weeks before my period is now only for about 1 day. I thank you! My kids thank you! 😊

I tried these thinking worst case scenario I don’t see many changes however I have seen many! I have been using for almost two months and my skin is clearer, no Brest tenderness, improvement in mods swings, and even a lighter time of the month. I will continue to use these as part of my every day routine!

My second bottle just arrived! I started my first bottle at the end of last month's cycle. This month's cycle ended three days ago. The site says give the vitamins two cycles to start working it's best. I'm VERY excited to reach this suggested timeframe, as ALREADY these vitamins have changed my PMS game!! My last period completely snuck up on me on the FIRST bottle of FLO Vitamins!! No breast sensitivity, no mood swings, no bloating, and VERY little hormonal acne!! I also experienced a lighter flow and no pain, plus my period was actually shortened by about two days! Best decision ever, you will NOT be sorry for investing in these, ladies!!

Honestly my mom kept recommending for me to try these. I suffer for severe period symptoms from extreme cramps to constant vomiting and nausea. After looking at all the good reviews I gave it a shot, I gave it about 6 months rather than the recommended 2 and it really didn’t make any difference for me personally. I’ve tried just about everything to relieve my period symptoms at least a decent amount from pain killers, to the pill, a failed iud attempt, and these gummies. Nothing has ever fully worked for me so far, perhaps I have an undiagnosed medical issue but even then I’m not sure. I will say despite the product not working for me I’m glad to see it works for so many other people. My orders were never late and it was easy to start and stop a subscription so that’s good at least. It just truly wasn’t for me.

Flo gummies have really helped with cramps, bloating, brain fog, acne and they are delicious!! Also the customer service was super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!!!

I started taking these a few weeks ago. Shortly after taking them, I had a period that was one of the lightest periods of my life! Normally, I'm curled up in a ball with cramps for 1-2 days and I had zero cramping! Pretty amazing. However, my hormonal acne has gotten much worse since I started taking them! Going to stop taking flow for a few weeks and see if my acne improves, but it's a bit out of hand! I really want to love this product. It's helping some symptoms, but making others worse it seems.

Do yourself a favor and buy FLO. I’m blown away at how much it has helped with all my symptoms associated with PMS. I still can’t believe it. Usually I’m pounding Tylenol all day hoping for some relief. Don’t even need those anymore. Bye bye PMS. Thank you FLO

I’m on my third bottle of Flo and I’m just starting to notice the difference! However, it takes almost two weeks to arrive once I get a shipping notification, making it impossible to start my new bottle on time. For a product that relies on daily dosage I find this super frustrating! I would think a subscription service like this would see the importance of reliable shipping. As for the product it’s self- my weight has been more consistent during my period and I feel less bloated. Once they get the shipping problem under control I’m sure I’ll continue to see improvement!

I bought Flo because of how severe my PMS symptoms were, especially the cramps that made me cry for the first 2 days. Every month I had horrible mood swings and hormonal acne and took Pamprin to control the irritability BUT all these PMS symptoms went away 90% after only taking 1 Flo gummy for about 4 days before starting my period after receiving my first bottle, and now 3 months later I only know when my period will start because of my period tracker app!! No PMS symptoms at all!! And the best of it all is that the hair shedding because of diagnosed Androgenic Alopecia (I had biopsy done etc) has stopped completely!!! It’s been 3 months, no hair loss after over 5 years of doctor visits, vitamins, shampoos, diet changes, you name it, nothing helped. And the entire time I kept telling the doctors I felt like it was a hormonal issue but the blood tests never showed anything indicating such. I hope this review can give someone hope and relief who suffers from Androgenic Alopecia 💗

I was blown away that I had NO cramps when I started taking Flo, within the first month!

I was super skeptical about trying these to be honest and I read mixed reviews, but my periods are so intense and I can't stand up for hours and the pain is excruciating for the first day so I was desperate. I'll be honest, the first month, I had one of the worst periods I've ever had (but this could be do to a lot of stress that I was under). I decided to give it one more month just to see and that made all the difference. I've been on it for three months and my last periods snuck up on me. While I still have cramps, they are so much more bearable and I can actually function at my job. So glad I finally gave these a try! On a side note, my last shipment got stuck in transit and I've nearly run out so I reached out to customer service and they've already got a replacement on the way so I don't have to miss taking them. Customer service that goes above and beyond is hard to find these days and I really appreciate how they take care of their customers! Five out of five stars and I'll be a long time customer for sure!

I've only gone through 1 month so far but I have already noticed a difference in hormonal acne and a MAJOR difference in cramping. The only issue is how long it takes to get to you. I ran out days ago and I'm still waiting on my next bottle. Not a good thing when trying to balance hormones. You shouldn't feed your body, then stop, then begin again. Shipment needs to be regulated
