I am a 74 year old woman who lives with severe degenerative osteoarthritis. And because of years of heavy duty medication for pain, I now deal with Chronic Kidney Disease so can't take pain-relieving NSAIDs anymore. So I tried Vitality's Frankincense oil and their balm with great success (relief from pain is always great!). And when I saw the newer Aches and Pains balm, I had to try it! I've had two total knee replacements and lately my left knee has been very painful, so I started using the new balm on that knee. I had immediate relief! I was so amazed! I've since used it regularly on my knees and feet, which hurt the most. Putting it on before bed gives me the relief I need to fall asleep and stay asleep. I can't tell you how much the Aches and Pains balm means to me!! I highly recommend this balm to anyone suffering from arthritis or muscle pain -- it REALLY works!!
