Top notch service and value. I had been looking for Raphael by Sora Dora and ZGO came through for me. Stunning fragrance with beast mode performance. It’s feels like a cashmere clean hug. Thank you

Amazing selection of scents! AP and Jessica are super helpful and attentive! Love this place! A heaven for perfume collector like myself!

Fantastic buy, well packaged and speedy delivery

Amazing fragrance. Definitely signature scent worthy

I love you guys. My experience shopping with you is exceptional and bar none. Customer service and appreciation ( complimentary samples❤️), very lovely and curated selection of fragrances, teas, and various other smell goods, as well as quick shipping are a few reasons that come immediately to mind as to why I continue to come back and back to ZGO. If only I lived in SF….

Love that they have so many international perfume houses and that they have 2ml sizes available. This is the only vendor I order perfume from.

always sending samples for new discoveries!

I've ordered from ZGO for several years now, as always, my last order arrived on time (actually a day early) and it was packaged well. No complaints. Will order again. Thank you!

Item well packaged. Fast shipping. Easy ordering. Great experience.

Probably the fast shipping I have ever experienced.

Great packaging and delivery.

The young lady who helped us, I can’t remember her name unfortunately but she had I believe sort of a coppery hair color. She was absolutely wonderful. So patient with my mother, so kind and just a pleasure to speak with. You can tell she enjoys working there, and that always makes all the difference.

We had the most wonderful experience a the store! I feel terrible I can’t remember the name of the person who helped us, but he made it so fun and gave us great recs. We left with 3 new bottles! 5 starts for the service and selection!

Got mith mystery with a coupon code, was a great price and I got a free Frederic Malle sample and 2 others

Found exactly what I was looking for at a great price!

Very friendly! Accommodating! Great shopping experience over all!
