My son and his best friend had saved up money and birthday money to go on a shopping spree of Zgo as it is in my son's opinion one of the best perfumeries he has been to, and he has been to perfumeries all through Paris and around the world. I was very disappointed when we arrived to find that my son and his friend were not greeted or asked if they could use assistance while I watched multiple people approached while in the store. At the end of our shopping experience we each purchased a bottle of cologne (4 in total). I had just purchased the Sarah Baker Trilogy Set online (which was received quickly and efficiently) from Zgo so I was aware of the free samples with a purchase. We were never offered, so I finally asked and was given 3 samples but my son , his friend and my sister felt uncomfortable and did not want to ask and never received. I am very impressed with Zgo as a store front but felt we were treated differently due to my son's age (17). I would think Zgo would know that teenage boys are a huge part of their demographic and many of them work hard, save and spend their money on luxury and niche colognes and deserve to be treated as valued customers.

Can’t rave enough about ZGO excellent customer service, from careful wrapping, including of the samples of the two lovely new releases of Holy Berry and Rose Blaze which is a must try and fast shipping. As for Tonka Hysteria in my opinion it is a beautifully composed fragrance where the Tonka and vanilla shines it will stay and will linger in your clothes for days. It’s worth every penny. I also love holy berry especially when your first spray it but not sure about its staying power compared to Tonk Hysteria. Don’t get me wrong it is strong but it starts fading away. It could be because I didn’t spray much as I so love it and want to enjoy it for a while since it is a sample. Thank you so much ZGO for a wonderful experience👏

First time ordering from ZGO- won't be my last. My package was carefully and thoughtfully curated -so much so that I unexpectedly felt like I was opening a gift for myself. As a Taurean, it is perfectly in line with my opulent and self care based existence. Bonus, the fragrance is super fun (though fleeting), and is also housed in a lovely, heavy glass bottle. 10/10

Excellent insurance service—received my refund the very next day. Unfortunately, the package was damaged during its long journey from California to New Jersey.

Great customer service and amazing selection of perfumes to choose from. Everytime I order samples or discovery set I always end up ordering a full size bottle of 1 or2 of the perfumes sampled.
