I’ve visited ZGO two times, one of which I picked up an online order in store. The staff is extremely welcoming and warm and will assist you with any questions/guidance regarding their inventory. ZGO is one of if not the best online retailers for niche fragrances. Yes, discounters are cheaper BUT with ZGO you can use recurring 10-15% off offers, you receive all of the manufacturer’s incentives (such as free travel decants) and you get $40-60 in free samples OF YOUR CHOICE! With a recent order I got a 2mL sample of Ultima Storia, something I can’t sample without traveling, and now I’m buying it. ZGO rocks!
