Everything came beautifully packaged and I love that their samples come in 2ml. There was a slight hiccup in my order but it was resolved so quickly and efficiently it barely registered. I had enough scents to keep me entertained while they others arrived. Highly recommend 10/10!! They also offer an amazing selection of Mith which is a house I was so excited to try for their tea fragrances. I’ll be picking up a full bottle (or2 :)

I had ordered a fragrance in April that was supposed to include an extra 7. 5oz “gift” of that same frag. The gift was out of stock so I was sent something else I did not like. I was assured that once back in stock, I would be sent the original gift frag. Zgo kept their word and without any reminders or prompting, I received my gift in early July, I will remain a happy customer with ZGO ! Customer service is untouchable!

Great service, fast shipping and nice deals. I would definitely give more business. Just one thing I would like to add we should get multiple samples with larger orders too. Every single order i am receiving more than 3-4 samples. But for 12 bottles I got only 6 samples. I should have placed multiple orders. Shipping team should take a look with this. Otherwise everything is excellent.

I was so happy with my order. First Zgo had the best pricing for the perfume I wanted. I received my package unbelievably quick and it was packaged very nicely. I love my Ormonde Jayne Levant perfume even better than the sample I had tried before purchasing. I will be using this company again and again for my perfume orders. No doubts about authenticity.
