I absolutely love ZGO. They have a great selection of brands, fast shipping, and getting free to choose free samples is literally the reason I choose them over any other retailer.

I ordered two mind games fragrances and selected the gift wrapped option to included a gift card with a personalized message. I called to verify my order and I was told that the order was confirm but 3 of the samples I selected were out of stock. I immediately emailed ZGO perfumery 3 replacement sample options. However, upon receipt of my order neither fragrance was gift wrapped and there was no gift card included in the order. Also, I chose 8 samples (as per store policy) and only got 3. If the other 5 samples were out of stock, replacements samples could have been offered.

I received my order from the west coast to the east coast in 3 days. Super happy with my transaction.
