My order never arrived, they said they could not reship because the item was out of stock, never offered a substitute. Then, the topper, I have to file the claim with the USPS. Never again.

So happy to have come across this website while searching for some parfums and extraits that I bought overseas. Once it arrived there were two samples that were seemingly tailored to my preferences. They were right on the money because I ended up ordering one of the samples. Gave the other sample to a close friend and they ordered the other. Everything was packaged neatly and no spills or punctures.

Randomly stumbled upon this niche perfumery online. Upon further research I found out they actually have a physical store in the same city I live in. But I mostly purchased online from them and wow, what an amazing experience. Have service and they have ton, and I mean tons of fragrances. I love getting free samples from them when buying a bottle. They have tons of fragrances I’ve never even heard of before and I can’t wait to try them all.

Authentic products. Excellent service. They handled my issue so professionally. The boxes are packed superbly. They use that UPS security tape that ensures no one is interfering with your merchandise along the way. That means a lot to me and makes me further inclined to buy from them.
