Was accidentally sent the wrong size bottle. Emailed about it and received a response in less than 10 minutes and within the hour I was sent tracking for the replacement. Had to wait an extra 3 days but stuff happens and they immediately remedied it. Will definitely order again when the time comes.

This is the first time I have given ZGO a less than 5star review. A sample leaked and only one of the 5 had a readable label. The sample that leaked was Outlands and that scent overwhelmed everything else in the box. But I have confirmed that I am not a fan of any Amouage perfumes (made my wallet happy).

Wonderful selection of niche fragrances in the online store; they arrived well packaged and protected during transit; Love everything I have purchased so far; a generous coupon was in my last order, so I immediately splurged and purchased one of the other scents I fell in love with from the mini sample collections. Smart move from ZGO since the one I got was well over $300 and I already have quite a few fragrances in my home.

I usually have 2 other site I use for sampling, but they were out of the fragrance I wanted. I stumbled across ZGO perfumery and boy am I glad I did. Delivery was earlier than expected and the atomizers in the samples were amazing! Will definitely be purchasing again in the near future.
