Very helpful and responsive customer service. Searching the Younits site came up with a substitute updated circuit board for a discontinued part I could not find elsewhere. I contacted the Younits rep because no information about this particular substitution showed up anywhere else in a web search, but when contacted the Younits rep confirmed the accuracy of the replacement, and also that their return policy would allow return of the board if it were not the right match (many suppliers refuse all returns of electronic components by policy). Wrap-up: the exact right part arrived on schedule, the unit is repaired, the customer is happy and so are we.

I ordered an item last month and I still haven't received it. When I inquired I was told it was accidently shipped from the manufacturer to the wrong address and it was corrected and should be on its way to me soon. Its still been a few weeks and I still haven't received it. Worst customer service.
Part ordered was shipped within 24 hours of order and arrived sooner than expected. The part was packaged very good and was an exact replacement.

Better communication on tracking package
Company took two months to deliver product, only after sending Emil inquiries. Wrong product was sent and customer was charged $49 to return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Bad decision on my behalf - Steer clear!!!

Our Customers Ductless Mitsubishi A/C System for their entire office went down during the peak of an intense heatwave averaging 98°F. Our Field Technician properly diagnosed the problem, and the unit needed a Main Operations Control Board. Service was great Needed to talk with someone did not find a 800 number for customer service, sometimes when you need answers quick it is better Then chat, in AC service world the is king,they want answers asap
Sorry but when you order something you expect to get what you ordered not some used part from who knows where. You did make good on the deal but that took several days, not sure how that happened never got an explanation?
