Exact what we needed. The right product, delivered fast!

No response to emails, no idea when my product will ship, Support chat never available. It's not so much that the product has not arrived, its the lack of any sort of communication. After that they have the audacity to send me an automated email asking for feedback. Wish it were not so but it appears that this site is either a scam or run by incompetent people.

Sold item they don't manufacture anymore. They did refund, but caused me well over twice the cost as we had to make a 300mile round trip to pickup. Won't buy from again

They provided a hard to find part (control board) for an older minisplit unit. The only area for improvement was that Younits was unable to provide tracking or status update information. I eventually found out the part was on its way when Mitsubishi sent me a tracking number.

Timing was not the best but Younits held to their policy of “overnight shipping”. No fault to anyone! We ordered a board for our compressor very late on Thursday and received the part Monday. Totally understand shipping limitations and very thankful that our hvac guy was able to come out that night to install!

Younits was the ONLY place that had the Mitsubishi thermistor I was looking for! Had the part in a week or so!

I ordered a part for my mini spit. Pd for it waited the 7 days and no part. Emailed company and it wasn't even shipped yet. Ordered On 7/17 by 7/24 I should have got it but it wasn't shipped until 7/29. Didn't even offer me free shipping or any type of discount. Will not order from them ever again

I was able to install the expansion valve and electric coil. The parts fit perfectly and the system is up and running. Was not able to find these parts available in my area. Younits had them at a fair price and delivered them quickly. Excellent service!

Would have given a 5 star There was no communication as to the status. I thought I had been scammed. There was no telephone number to call customer support. The chat option did not assure items were on the way. I ordered on a Thursday chose 2-3 day shipping, the weekend is not included. Even though some frustration, I was pleased with my purchase and would purchase from them again. Just need better customer service
