Ordered Mitsubishi Mr. Slim outdoor unit board (best price online). Received the package directly from Mitsubishi in about a week. Happy. The only way to communicate is via chat service.

I had a hard to find part for my cooling unit. Younits. com web site was easy to walk through. It was difficult, at first, to figure out how to find this part. Thanks to a local company's suggestion, I was able to search more affectively to find this part. The email communication with Younits. com was very helpful. . Only surprise for me was the cost of the shipping. Higher than I expected.

Website said 2 to 3 day shipping and no shipping over a certain dollar amount. My order was over the dollar amount to get free shipping. They charged me shipping and it took 6 days for the order to ship. The site said part was in stock. But after several days of not receiving a shipping confirmation l sent an email and they said part was coming from Mitsubishi. Do not believe what the site advertises. I could have got the part in two days from a local company for a little more. Do not recommend this company.

When I initially ordered the item I needed, customer service went above and beyond. They questioned me a little up front and we determined I was ordering the wrong unit. After a little research, we changed the order and ordered the right unit.

Parts received new as ordered with a good price. Would have given 5 stars but shipping was expensive for the 2 small parts.

Something must have changed. The vain i order and received is not for the unit that I have. The received vain is for a double vain unit, mine has a single vain. I even checked my model number (MSZ-GL-18NA) and corresponding order to make sure it was correct. My service was pretty quick and the part is quality, it just isn't for my single vain unit no matter what the catalogue says
