I ordered Napoleon aluminum drip pans from Spotix. Upon opening the shipping box the pans were crushed as they force fit them into a box that was too small for the pans. Totally unusable ! Someone on their packaging line should be fired !

AMAZING customer service!! I viewed several Spotix self-help videos to get my gas logs to turn on. At the end of the video, Spotix offered assistance by phone if the videos were unable to solve the problem. I couldn’t believe it!! I decided to call (feeling a bit guilty since I hadn’t bought my gas logs from them) and talked to 2 of the NICEST people. The technician identified the problem with my logs immediately and I was able to solve my problem. We will be building a new house this year and I’ll DEFINITELY make sure to buy products sold by Spotix. The most incredible level of customer service!! Effective today, I am a new SPOTIX customer!!
Although delivery was slightly longer than expected (through no fault of Spotix), Spotix did a very nice job of following up with an updated ship date after I reached out to their customer service line.

This company stands out for customer service and their willingness to be as helpful as possible. It was a mistake by me in ordering the wrong item, but they were able to come up with a solution, I never thought of. They kept my cost to a minimum. It was an amazing experience.

Thank you so very much for replying to my very accurate review. Your response is so far from the truth. But I greatly appreciate your reply proving my point on the first paragraph of my review. Poor customer support. You're never wrong. Always have an excuse. I agree that if you have purchased a functioning stove with no problems you will get a good review but do not have an issue because this is the result. Furthermore you state that you have noted that we were informed by our local fireplace store that that specific fireplace we desired was not allowed in our area and they declined to sell it to us? That is so not true first of all we never inquired about a stove in New Mexico we were shopping online and found the stove we wanted from your location. It wasn't till after the problems we were having with your stove that we reached out to another online retailer from out of state who told us they could not sell us that stove in New Mexico because it was against codes. When we were having the problems we were having with you all, I asked Joel if you were even supposed to have sold us that stove due to codes. You are the seller. We didn't even know anything about codes and neither did you until I told you. In a conversation with you on the phone you told me that Joel had researched it after I made him aware and it was a fact that that stove should have never been sold to us due to our codes. So is that our responsibility or yours? You're the seller. You then said you wouldn't be able to send us out another one because of the codes. We have all the proof necessary. We can copy and paste all the emails that were sent to us from your company before you even knew about the codes making other excuses. We as well have two invoices from the plumber with dates that the stove was set up properly which is the first excuse you were using. Then another invoice stating the valve was bad. We as well have a recorded call from Vivint stating that there was carbon monoxide in the home ...
If you're looking for good customer support, quality, knowledge, this is NOT the place to go! As long as you are satisfied with your order with no problems you can give a good review. But let there be a problem and these people will toss you around, avoid you, make excuses, and for sure not take any responsibility. We ordered a gas stove Oct. 3, 23 paid over $3000. Received it Oct. 10th Started set up Oct. 13th. Upon set up my husband (Abe) attempted to set the stove up but eventually called a plumber because the fan was not working. The plumber confirmed everything was set up properly so my husband proceeded to call Spotix spoke with Kyle who then told him to send them a video of the fan not working, in which he did. Upon receipt and installation of the fan, Abe called and complained about gas smell and the pilot flame being too high. Matt told him to continue letting it burn as the smell would eventually go away. A couple more calls were made complaining of gas smell even after the pilot was off. After a couple of weeks of ""letting it burn"", we received a call from Vivint Security alarm stating that Carbon monoxide had been detected therefore Abe shut off the main line behind the stove and called asking for Matt but Kyle took the call. At that time after explaining it all again to Kyle who stated he would have to reach out to the manufacturer and get back to him. Four days later Abe called left a message for Kyle on an update on the valve. Kyle replied by email stating he had reached out to the distributor to see what else if anything was needed to get it processed and sent out but Thanksgiving holiday was approaching and didn't think he'd hear back soon. Kyle told Abe that he would need to call a plumber and get a pressure test. In which we did. The plumber confirmed it was a bad valve. Abe then sent Kyle and email asking for a refund. Kyle replied four days later saying he heard back from the manufacturer and had additional questions plus he stated ""Typically...
