Everything with the purchase and shipping process went well. The unit itself makes an intermittent vibration noise when it is running which is kind of annoying I expected it to run quiet for the price I paid

The dual thermometers were exactly what I wanted. They are perfect.

It took longer to ship than expected and then was sent via USPS which also took longer than expected for delivery. Thankfully, I was in no rush for the product.
