Ordering was easy with Spotix and they shipped quickly. Took delivery a couple days longer than expected but that on the delivery company, not Spotix.

Product was severally damaged. The shipping carton didn't show damage but the product was.

I was lost for 2 months, trying to figure out a solution to my fireplace issue. The staff was amazing and helped me within minutes figure out a solution to my issue. I would definitely recommend them. Oh' and the product I ordered was exactly what I needed, it worked perfectly.

Everything with the purchase and shipping process went well. The unit itself makes an intermittent vibration noise when it is running which is kind of annoying I expected it to run quiet for the price I paid
