I was lost for 2 months, trying to figure out a solution to my fireplace issue. The staff was amazing and helped me within minutes figure out a solution to my issue. I would definitely recommend them. Oh' and the product I ordered was exactly what I needed, it worked perfectly.

Everything with the purchase and shipping process went well. The unit itself makes an intermittent vibration noise when it is running which is kind of annoying I expected it to run quiet for the price I paid

item desc misleading

The dual thermometers were exactly what I wanted. They are perfect.

It took longer to ship than expected and then was sent via USPS which also took longer than expected for delivery. Thankfully, I was in no rush for the product.
