Had some issues with a local plumber during the install and Scott Price at tech support came through is a BIG way. The plumber didn't follow the instructions for initial start-up of our new water softener and nitrate system. With Scott's help, I ran the necessary cycles and got the systems working properly. After I sent Scott pics, he informed me that the plumber didn't use updated type of materials, but used PVC pipes and connections. After continued problems with the local plumber (small leaks in connections), decided to see about finding a more competent plumber and have them redo all the plumbing for the systems using updated piping/connections.

I am having an issue with my valve, and Scott from US Water systems is helping me. He if very knowledgeable about the products and responds quickly to my emails.
