Great products, great price very near people

I have had a Pelican Water conditioner and whole house filter for the last eight years. I have changed the charcoal (filtersorb) once. I purchased a replacement charcoal and also media resin (sp3 and kdf). i had some initial questions that were promptly addressed and then when i finally got to the project i had more questions. Staff consistently returned my phone calls (even late on a saturday) and answered questions and were willing to walk me through. A decent company with decent people.

I recently reduced pressure to change out my Big Blue filters and after repressurizing the system my One Water NanoAi filter developed a slow leak. I searched the internet and contacted them out of the blue; I’m not a previous customer. I hadn’t changed that filter since it was installed. Scott suggested that the o-ring on the cap may need lubrication. I finally got the cap off and he was right. The o-ring was quite dirty. A good cleaning, good lube, and no more leak.

Any company that supplies American-made products, and includes country of manufacture in the product listing, deserves 5 stars! Down with China! Buy American!

I enjoy the AquaPurion home system. Over the years i have contacted Customer Support several times. They have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I had 2 options pay a company I won't name 25000 dollars for full service and install. Or uswater system for about 16k and I install it. Keep in mind this also included an additional 2hp booster pump for my well to house setup. From Jake to Scott and many others in the engineering department I was treated very well. And my system is up and running and I am very satisfied with the performance, the equipment and the team at uswater that assisted me every step of the way. If your considering the competition note that you get a superior quality system with us water and the people behind the company are honorable and that's the most important aspect to me. Instructions are not helpful and are Confusing

I called after hours. I did not leave a message. I got a call back the next morning to see what help I needed. I hadn't used the settings in a long time and tried doing myself and thought that I messed my settings up - I did. Got step by step walked through how to fix and know that it is set properly. Has always been the most outstanding support of anything that I have ever purchased - seriously. Free support - 5 years after purchase. And so nice and knowledgeable. Scott and Seth helped me when I 1st set it up and still there years later providing the same amazing support. So nice. So important.
