ordered replacement resin and oring for meter head to resin tank. March 19 2024 (order S00700207654). 7 weeks later still waiting on oring. Poor parts support. Cancelled order May 9 2024.

I just completed installing the Flexx Pro water softener and a Pulsar UV disinfecting light. During the installation process I had a few questions. I called and was quickly able to speak to someone. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I ordered a water test kit for my well water, got the results back in about a week, spoke to Scott in sales who was able to recommend a system to resolve my water issues……all with no pressure to purchase, placed an order, and received my order via FedEx. I did find some minor damage, but everything was quickly resolved with a quick email and a few pictures. Taylor in customer service even called later to follow up to make sure everything was correct. I would recommend US Water !!!!
