It was a terrible experience; I did not get my water test result, and after calling for days, I was told that my sample was lost. My water sample was submitted almost a month ago. I would not recommend anyone using the US water system. At this point, I was waiting for my refund.

The service is top notch, but lately I have to wait long periods before I actually receive my items. Could be manufacturing issues causing these longer wait times before I receive my items.

I replaced all the filters and the membrane at the same time! The replacement was a little over due! The water tastes great now! Also my water pressure increaser doesn’t click as loud anymore ( I bought this device from US Water systems) Don’t remember the name of it?? Thanks Steve

Whole house prefilter, high quality and operates as described

Other than the air gap drain I'm very happy with the products. I was disappointed with the communication from the company. I had to call after several weeks to get my water test results. The phone connection with company was of poor audio quality. Sounded like a poor voicer over ip phone call. It was challenging to communicate. Order had to be done on the phone. Emails would take days and at one point a week to get a response. I was very frustrated with the ordering and purchasing but I'm happy so far with the equipment. My order had a couple missing fittings and a missing o-ring. I emailed and finally got a response. The company sent me the missing fittings but I never did get the o-ring.

Cannot get a response to my two messages sent to US Water Systems to get a return authorization to return the wrong filter I ordered by mistake.
