My daughter loves her viola. The entire instrument with the case is nice and light weight which makes it great for walking to school while carrying it.

I recently ordered and received a Coda violin bow from Southwest Strings. After using it for a few days, I decided I wanted a different model Coda bow, so I ask to return it. They gladly and promptly arranged it and I got my refund. I have placed many orders with Southwest Strings over the last several years and have never had a bad experience.

The a and d strings not what I was expecting and d has a woof when you play a b. Everything else was good.

It was almost totally a 5 star experience. One of the 4 strings in my order came up showing that it was "back ordered. " When I sent a message asking how long the back order delay might be, I got word within 24 hrs that the back order message was in error, that the string was in stock. My other strings were already on their way, but even in holiday rush, I received both orders the same day. Service was totally 5 star! Online experience drags the score down a bit since it was inaccurate, but I am happy because I have the strings I need! Thanks!

I bought the cheaper viola along with the case from Canada and they both arrived in perfect condition! There was a delay in shipping but these were problems completely external to the company, I am very satisfied.

Every book I’ve ordered arrived when expected and even a box of rosin arrived with no cracks. I was worried that would happen, but the pieces were so well insulated - even arriving from a great distance over 1000 miles. Incredible! Moreover, they are always so friendly and helpful.

The Humitron bass humidifier is a poor substitute for a Dampit for double bass. Your representative did offer me the opportunity to return them for a refund, but they were sold at a very reasonable price, and I didn’t feel it would be worth the expense of shipping or the time to pack them up to return them. I’m very pleased with the service you have provided, just disappointed that my preferred product was not available.
