The viola itself was fine, it was on time, delivered where i wanted, but the handling was so bad! the box was all ripped up and squished when I got to it! luckily the viola was fine.

So I ordered the pegs (only $115 for the set), the requisite fluted tapered reamer ($100--yikes! But I'll use it again--on at least one of my violins) and a fresh set of D'Addario Zyex strings.

Quality product and excellent customer service. Sadly, someone opened the package in transit and stole the item. I emailed Southwest Strings and they sent a replacement out immediately. Would definitely order from them again in the future.
