I don't think I'll ever buy an instrument from you again, all the pegs have double holes and are not fitted correctly, they skip rather than turn I had to apply peg paste anf that still didn't fix the issue, the lack of parchment on the E even after being assured it was part of your setup when on the phone is a big red flag as well, even if your SM manager told me on insta you'd send the parchment it still doesn't change the fact that I was lied to. For a $1,500 instrument I was expecting optimal setup, the only reason I didn't send it back is because I didn't want to be given another headache with that process.

Shipping, the cost and quality of the products were all excellent! The packaging was protective, and made sure everything I ordered stayed in good condition. My one qualm is with the online ordering process: the website made it a little trickier to order things. It wasn't quite as intuitive as other websites. Otherwise, everything else was excellent!

It took a month for my Bach package to arrive—two weeks behind schedule. Perhaps there was a handling mishap? I’m at least grateful it did arrive.
