Great prices, shame there was a shipping delay but I was kept in the loop with good customer service.

Had to open a case with Paypal for a refund as my order didn't arrive and Skate hut ignored my email.

Great product so pretty and stylish

Worst experience I have ever had with a shop. Phone lines are off and have an email account that barely responds. Complaints email gets ignored, and the other email you list for the complaints response not being good enough gets ignored. Hopefully get a bank refund.

Efficient delivery and seems like a great product

I have placed 3 orders with skatehut and all of them have been delayed. In fact 2 of them have not even been dispatched yet, 18 days after purchased. Emails are not replied, and no communication whatsoever has been made regarding the orders. Awful customer service

Awful service my parcel which I ordered on express delivery was 10 days late and I didn’t get a single email response after the six times I tried to contact will not be ordering from Skatehut again as I’ve still not had a response and I’ve had zero compensation for the extra money I spent for priority

No updates on missing items from an order

I ordered skates from SkateHut. co. uk on 6th May with a 4–7 day delivery estimate, but they didn’t arrive until 25th May, The skates didn’t fit, so I returned them on 28th May, and I’m still waiting for a refund (it’s now 17th June). Customer service has been slow and unhelpful. Disappointing overall — I wouldn’t order again.

It's was really good it literally came 3 days early and that's great But other people aren't having it so great My freind orded his skateboard a week in advance way before me and he still hasn't got it I ordered it in one day and got it 2 days later Give Jeremy feliciano his skateboard😭😭

Terrible shipping and communication, wouldn’t shop here again.

No one is responding to my messages and I have not received an item ordered 10th May, now 17th June no communication no refund.

Had to send several emails and write a poor review to receive products.

Delivered by Yodel, Yodel never Delivered item and 5 days later after contacting SkateHut for support I have heard nothing from the company

Absolutely shocking. I paid for express delivery and it took 2 weeks to be delivered. I had no updates until I asked about the delivery. Was promised a refund for delivery charge but still not received anything. Used them many of times before but I won’t be in the future.

Terrible experience. Item was delayed and delivered after birthday. Returned item and I am still awaiting my refund. I have messaged re this and had no reply. I am very disappointed. I would be grateful if someone could arrange refund asap.
