Unbelievably bad…. . AVOID !!!!!!
Avoid this company at any cost I would give it zero stars if i could. I don’t normally write reviews, however this company is the worst i have EVER dealt with They received my returns back and I had to fight for a refund. I had to put in a complaint to PayPal to get my money back They do not return emails I wish I had read reviews prior to ordering Please take heed of this warning and stay clear

Awful company, avoid at all
Awful company, avoid at all costs. They will take your money and then go silent. They don't respond to emails, they have deactivated their phone lines so you can't call them. You will just pay your money and then roll the dice as to whether you MIGHT receive your product. They won't provide any updates, their stock control is non existent so highly likely they don't even sell what you've paid for, they don't deliver on time (if at all) and very hard or impossible to get a refund when they don't deliver what you paid for. Avoid and use another company.

Terrible Ordered 2 scooters for delivery latest to be with me by Friday which was 3 days ordered for my boys birthday and the scooters not cheap ones. Didn’t arrive in time which left my boys without a present on the day has I was told they would arrive in time which they didn’t. 1 whole week late 10 days In total. You can’t just ring them you after email them which says they will respond within 24hrs it took 4 days for reply to then wait another 5 days for them to reply to my reply and not a care in the world. I would have sent the scooters back if it wasn’t for my boys waiting for them.

Item failed to turn up on the delivery date . Had to chase the company . No phone number only. Emails take 48 hours to answer but was longer . Once they did get in touch , with no explanation it had the original delivery details . Item arrived 2 days later . Next time I’ll order from Amazon
