I initially placed 2 orders at the end of May. As the delivery date came and went I gave it an extra week before getting in touch only to find out that they were having problems with suppliers and warehouses. With the company having difficulties it took a while before receiving the items I had ordered. However I cannot fault what was done to make sure my orders were fulfilled. I was kept updated of the status of my orders regularly, offered a replacement if a particular item was no longer available and my orders were sent Next Day Delivery to make sure I got them as soon as possible. I would like to especially thank Meg, Katie and Molly. I will definitely order from SkateHut again.
