Scam don't buy.
Terrible ,I did recived scooter quickly but brakes broken within first usage. Now is a month and no refund even when was promise within 14 days. Nobody answer phone. Fill like I been scamed.

Link to return via royal mail didnāt work I was told āoh it shouldā sent with Evri and attempted delivery signed for twice so far, not been able to deliver! Not happy at all and wonāt order again

On 23rd May 2025 at 15:07 I ordered a SkateBoard, a helmet and some protection pads for my Grandsonās 9th Birthday on the 31st May. I queried the Ā£15. 31 VAT on the same date at 16:27. On 30. 05. 2025 at 6:36 I received a message from Skate hut with Ticket number 5450. . because Iād had not notification of dispatch or delivery confirmation. On 30. 05. 2025 at 7:22 received message from Skatehut with Ticket number 5450. . On 01. 06. 2025 at 10:45 I received message from Skatehut with Ticket number 5457. . On 02. 06. 2025 at 11:21 I received the same identical message from Skatehut with Ticket number 5460. . Firstly, Skatehut did not keep to it's delivery time and ruined my grandson's birthday. Secondly, I haven't heard one word of an apology or a promise to fix the problem at any time past sending me a ticket number remotely stating that I'd have to wait 72 hours. I am outraged. I tried looking for a phone number in Customer Service to speak to somekind of human being - but nothing. Skatehut is a very unfriendly company offering a lot of exasperating jargon and no true help to someone who is not well, who finds it difficult to find her way online and who is deeply upset about letting her 9-year old grandson down. I have also written to complaints and have not even received an acknowledgement. Finally, I have written to lee at skatehut and still no sign that he exists. In the meantime my Ā£91. 84 have been withdrawn from my account since the 23rd May 2025. Am I dealing with blatent FRAUD here? I have written another 10 times since with no success. It is now ONE MONTH PLUS 7 DAYS since I had the misfortune of contacting SKATEHUT. I cannot imagine a worst company. Next move, I am writing to the Ombudsman and the CEO of the company. Poor customer service poor provider
I will never buy from this website again. I received the scooter but no helmet because apparently it was out of stock and that is the only time they contacted me saying that we'll have to way for restock, a month later and still no helmet and no response to my emails or they don't even have a contract number, so I had to contact my bank to retrieve the money for the helmet.

Skatehut will not send you all your order and they will rob you of you money , they will not answer you emails or phone calls , I just want a refund

First order was received without an issue but we needed to return it, the replacement item we ordered went missing / was never received. The website has poor information on how to get in touch, a ticket to the helpdesk went unanswered, a second ticket went unanswered, a complaint suddenly got the item re-sent but I never received any communication on how this was handled / an apology. Very poor customer service, makes me not want to purchase again
