We are highly delighted with our self build media wall. We had it pre painted. It only took a few weeks to get delivered and they were extremely busy at the time. Delivery was straight forward. You was given a date and if not convenient change it. Also you was given a time slot and you could track it on the day of delivery so you knew what time it would arrive. Excellent service from start to finish

I ordered the NEO 3c electric fire. It is stunning it looks and feels like a wood burning stove. So much so that it has been mistaken for one on numerous occasions. A great addition to our new room.I can’t fault the company at all. Great price and delivered with care.

Ordering on line was easy. Delivery service was good with email updates. The drivers brought it into the room where it was to be sited after putting on shoe protectors which was appreciated as we have just laid new carpets. Packaging was taken away by drivers. Communication was good by phone and email with Prestige. It is great to buy from a supplier who has real people you can just pick up the phone and speak to instead of time wasting “virtual chats”.

Really happy with our Buschbeck Verona BBQ, which looks great. Only issue was nowhere near enough mortar supplied to put the BBQ together even when being very conservative with usage.

Found this site by luck , great site set out really well and pictures are brill , gives you a real idea of what it will look like in your home . Ordering was a breeze , just picked the fire and size we wanted and the site gave us a free upgrade. When our fire arrived it was so well packaged it took us half an hour just to get it out of the boxes, yes boxes it was all double packed and secured onto two euro pallets . So pleased with our purchase , superb from start to finish
