As mentioned before, my wife feels the pillow should have some of the filling taken out, but not sure if you can, otherwise it’s fine. Delivery quick and arrived in good order.

Having previously bought a Simba 8 years ago (different bed), I felt that there may be alternative brands offering the same experience, so tried a number of them, utilising the free 200 night trials etc. Although they were cheaper and a more ‘advanced’ model, (I have the basic hybrid), I sent them back and ordered another Simba. I have no complaints at all and absolutely love my mattress! I had an ongoing back issue and had hoped that getting a new mattress would help. Until the Simba, it had not helped, but now, I can see that the firmer and more supportive mattress has helped my back issue.

Overall it seems very quick, easy and straightforward to getting your mattress delivered, unpacked and set up. The mattress takes a while to wear in and feel comfortable as your back is getting used to it. But after you’ve gotten past the first month you begging to notice the good it is doing

Never had a mattress delivered when packaged in a vacuum roll. Was dubious with this method but am very surprised and happy with the unpacking instructions. Delivery was fairly quick too
