Having purchase a integral electrical fire previously we found it difficult to get a new fire for our lounge - except Prestige not only found the fire for us but went out of their way to help answer all of needs we had - ordering was simple, delivery prompt, instillation outstanding, it is so good to see professional qualified people working to accomplish everything a customer requires. Chimney clean and exemplary cleanliness and consideration in ensuring all was perfect. The quality of finish was also excellent charming and efficient and speedier without compromise- we are very happy and have no hesitation in recommending the company and their installers, oh except we have two bags of rubble to dispose of w’d give them six stars if this omission was sorted but have absolutely no hesitation in recommending everything about this fantastic organisation. The day bed was a present to friends, they loved it, especially nice if the sun gets too hot, and looks a lovely feature in the garden. Delivery was spot on kept up to date and delivered right on time. Really happy with my purchase.

Love the fireplace I ordered but also added ‘free multi coloured light strip’ for tv which never arrived. Messaged the company twice to ask where it is and never received a reply. Pretty poor.

I ordered a pre-built media wall with fireplace from Prestige. They kept me informed every step of the way and were very thorough running through the cad drawing dimensions. I opted to have the media wall installed by them. We hit an issue with the tv mounting (at the fault of my tv) but they persisted and ensured everything was perfectly installed and secure before leaving, even though it took them the rest of the afternoon. I couldn’t be happier with the wall and the service. Thank you so much!

Beautiful fire and arrived sooner than expected. Couriers weren't to happy as I asked them to open box to check it wasn't damaged. Very surprised how much heat it gave off . So 10 out of 10 for fire.
