Limited spare parts
The rating is due to the fact that you are no longer supplying the enclosure for my model of trampoline. This leave me with a perfectly good unit that can no longer be used. The solution provided was to buy a new trampoline with a 15% discount. If the zipper and netting did not break so easily, or if an alternate solution was suggested this would be less of an issue.

Amazing quality
After having a Plum trampoline previously which was superb, there was no doubt I would be buying from them again. Amazing quality trampoline, hopefully lasting years like the last one. They even honoured the discount which I didn’t spot at the point of buying after it arrived. Thank you

Customer service awful
Ordered quite a few items, one of which had missing parts, decided to return another which they arranged to be collected the week later, after 2 weeks of it being collected I still had no refund, I emailed and called but no response, it took 1. 5 months for my refund to come back after finally getting through to customer services for them to say they have been busy! Surely it would be a mandatory role for the financial department to do this without not issues? Very disappointing from a big brand to be honest.

Awful company
Ordered swing and chute set for granddaughter birthday, ordered on the 10th was told the 14th may delivery, here we are on the 20th and no sign of the delivery. Still preparing for delivery. Well I had had enough and requested refund which amazon have done. Plum lies about deliveries and customer service is awful that's if they get back to you. Ruined my granddaughters birthday. Will never use or recommend this company again. The delivery company they use are the worst

We ordered a park set, but multiple parts were missing, we emailed for support and after a week have still had no reply. Very disappointed with product and customer service.

No goods weeks after purchase
I have still not received my trampoline after the agreed delivery date. When I contact Plum/Seller through market place my questions are ignored and they only ask for feedback. I would not recommend using Plum.

My order got lost due
My order got lost due to ‘technical reasons’. When I tried to get in touch the message on the answer machine just said closed, despite it being during normal opening hours. As a consequence it was impossible to call. I filled in a ticket and it took them 2 weeks to respond. Still haven’t got the order. Absolutely dreadful company I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The wooden swing set has
The wooden swing set has broken after less than a year. Customer service seems to have stopped answering their phones, and is now very slow to get back to email enquiries.

Disappointed birthday girl
We bought a climbing frame as a surprise for my daughter’s 6th birthday. We paid a joiner for a day to build the climbing frame but one of the boxes was either wrong or missing. Meaning this could not be finished or played on for my daughter’s birthday and we had to rush out and panic buy something for her to open on the day . We now have to pay another half day to the joiner now that plum play have sent out the correct parts and some relevant instructions. They have blamed the missing items on delivery courier but the courier confirmed they delivered all the boxes they were given. Very dismounting and expensive with very little attempt to resolve this from plum play. We used this brand as it is well known and we hoped it would all be great ready for a birthday surprise .

Poor and delayed customer service support. We were charged £199 shipping for a lightweight plastic sand pit cover to mainland UK. The cover cost £15. 99. We tried to cancel the order within 5 minutes of it being placed, despite this the order was sent 18 hours later and it took 3 days for us to receive any customer service response.

Replacement top bar
Had a capuchin swing set for 5+ years. Given us good use- however the top bar has rotted. I’m hoping this can get placed in order to prolong the life of the swing set.
