Delivery enquiry
Customer service was prompt in responding to my query - unable to help-with my amazon purchase of their product- monkey bar with estimated delivery date of 4 months . seems far fetched. Product bought in amazon uk 3june25 with first delivery 11aug25 then changed to October- I understood the 2months wait but 4months wait for a 7yr old is a stretch. How am I supposed to rate customer service?

The double swing is now erected and we are delighted that it is so substantial. Looks good on our lawn. I would definitely recommend your company and products.

May not be back in stock
Sadly the spacers we have waited for to become back in stock since before the summer holidays may not even be back in stock…. I was advised an alternate option was to buy a new trampoline with a 15% discount, not a very environmentally friendly option for a 3 year old trampoline! This issue would be more related to the company as I currently understand and not the responders to emails or complaints

Absolutely awful company to deal with. The toy was missing parts and they wouldn’t help without us paying nearly as much for the missing parts and shipping, as buying a whole new toy! Customer service is a joke. Management don’t answer back. Absolutely avoid.

Broken net, poor resolution
Trampoline arrived 10days ago with hole in enclosure net, still havent received a replacement. Very slow in dealing with emails, have rang a week ago and assured a replacement would be sent but still nothing. Very disappointed children with a half built trampoline in garden for last part of their summer holidays!

Failed to deliver all items.
Only delivered 2 of 3 boxes. Reported and advised would resend within 48 hours. Not sent and then advised would resend again (another 48 hours) as it got “lost in transit” Cancelled the order - now waiting for a return collection, which likewise appears to be a joke. The amount of time we have wasted waiting for deliveries and not turning up. I would not recommend using this business. Easier to deal with Amazon.

Disappointed to discover this product didn’t come with a protective cover as it does advertise on many other websites and for the cost £369. 99 i would expect it to have it. Don’t understand how you can provide the same product with and without the cover at the same price and now cheaper on other websites with a cover. B&Q were unable to help us with this question so now our trampoline has to face the winter with no protection to give it longevity. Very unhappy with this result

Received the item in a timely fashion. Plum were one of the few companies offering delivery to my area. As a grandparent I have built lots of outdoor play equipment over the years both for my children and now for grandchildren. This was by far the hardest the instructions are poorly written pictures and text don't always match. As a result it took much longer than it should. The design could be simpler and still be sturdy and safe . There were niggly little problems and faults that would put me off buying anything else from plum. All that being said my grandson is enjoying the finished product. He won't be getting a plum climbing frame in his new garden as I have said I won't build another sorry.
