Help with issue with 2in1 swing
Had a problem with the length of the bolts to stabilise the 2in 1 swing in the ground. Rang up and staff very helpful and sent out extra, longer bolts. Worked perfectly and all ok. Thank you.

Discovery Mud Kitchen
A good sturdy product, with lots of additional features. Disappointing however, to see that the top bar comes in 2 pieces, with an unsightly join, when it is shown as a single piece in all your marketing, which is very misleading! This really spoils the overall appearance and aesthetic of the product.

Good customer service . . . good they were considering our disabled son. . . he doesnt play like oyher childre . . . although product wasn't suitable for our sen child. . they were quick resolve issue and am now able to get a different product. . so will do more research and put money refunded towards a product which better suited to sons needs. Thankyou so much.

Faulty scooter warrenty replacement
My daughters scooter broke and after some back and forward the item was replaced under warrenty. I am happy with the outcome.

Not yet unpacked - the package was delivered on Monday and we have been so busy we have not had a chance to assemble the activity centre. Hopefully before the end of the week.

Whilst your speed and response was excellent, I was very disappointed that it will cost as much to repair the item as it would to buy a new one. I had hoped that the ethos of repair rather than replace would have been your goal.

Shambolic customer service
Still waiting on someone coming to pick up a bike that arrived damaged and dirty. Customer service is appalling - I have no desire to ever deal with this company again

Ive given an okay rating because as yet i have not purchased anything from you because the item i wish to purchase is currently out of stock. I have sent an enquiry form which is yet to be responded to.

No customer support
No customer support and incomplete merchandise. Passes the buck to the retailer when their box had 3 side panels and no roof canape. It was also missing lock washers and included too small to be used flat washers. We purchased the lock washers ourselves to get it up but still don't have a canape because they said ooops go to the retailer. Why should the retailer take the hit on your shoddy box packing. So disappointed.

Make sure that you purchase
Make sure that you purchase directly from plum not a 3rd party as plum will not deal with problems directly and out obsticles in the way to return damaged or faulty goods

That was also for information as trying to ring several times at the correct opening hours I could get no response. By the time your messaging service had got back to me, my delivery was already late. I had no notification or email or text to say that the item was coming on that day. I wouldnāt recommend you or use you again
