Do not buy
Very flimsy and not at all substantial. Unless bolted into the ground with concrete itās useless. Not suitable for garden/grass - flimsy and would not recommend. Did not feel at all safe.

Plum Play playhouse and slide
We purchased a Plum Play playhouse and slide and loved it but after a few years, the wood began to rot and a ladder piece broke off, making it unsafe. Plum Play advised that replacement parts are no longer available and directed me to the retailer, despite the product still being under warranty. Buyers should be aware of potential durability and parts availability issues!!

Beware DPD and delivery charges
Not so much the product as I havenāt used it yet but rather the delivery! Paid Ā£7 and DPD delivered it to a drop off point in a different county! Be careful as I assumed it was being delivered to my home address or atleast locally for that price. No contact number, had to submit a ticket through email and response was of no help. Personally I regret order and wouldnāt order from them again purely down to the hassle and inconvenience surrounding the delivery

Received Damaged item. Contacted company via support ticket yet no response and sent the details over a week ago.

Terrible and disappointing service
The pieces were purchases months ago but didnāt arrive. I had to keep requesting and prompting. Meanwhile the service that I paid Ā£250 to install werenāt able to install until all the pieces arrived. When they finally did arrive the service cancelled the build on the day and didnāt show up on two other dates they provided. I asked for a refund but they say itās plum play that provide this. Iāve emailed plum play to refund me for the build service but havenāt heard a peep. Really poor service. My daughter has been excitedly waiting since March for this and itās July - still sitting in boxes. I assumed purchasing the build would make life easier. How wrong I was.
