I phoned Zoe 2 weeks ago with follow up email asking if a sunshade was available to purchase separately on the trike and never had a response!!

No spare parts for old models
Once a product is discontinued, spare parts aren't stocked. We have spent a considerable amount of money of a large rectangular trampoline made by Plum and now can't get a replacement net for it as the zip has broken. The suggestion was to buy a new one at a further huge cost, I don't feel that is good service but a way to make further money from existing customers.

I needed an important part for my trampoline. Plum couldn’t tell me when it would be back in stock or provide any help in suggesting where I could buy another one.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I bought a trampoline, set it up only to have a part of the bounce pad break only a day or so after having it set up. Reached out for warranty support and they say “ Customer Service and Reviews (Plum Play) Good Morning, Unfortunately we would be unable to assist with this, I am very sorry for this. I would recommend contacting the retailer you purchased from for further assistance. “ Ridiculous, if you ask me. I wasn’t asking for a new trampoline, just a replacement part so I didn’t have to take the whole thing apart and return it, then buy a new one and build that one all over again. Their solution was for me to reach out to the store I bought it from, this way the loss come a as a hit to the retailer, not the manufacturer. If they decide to change their mind and replace the part needed, I’ll edit this review. Until then, ZERO stars from me.

Good sturdy swing- delivery a bit of an issue
The swing is just fine- took 1. 5hrs single hnded to construct despite not having the specified tools. Sturdy and well planned. The problem was the timber arrived and the fixings pack did not. It took a month of messages and emails between Amazon/Plum to get a new package sent by Royal mail- the original carrier was clearly not up to the job.

I’ve set up the climbing frame today and it’s average. The instructions are not particularly helpful, and list things in a non-sensicle order, but the main issue is the lack of pilot holes. Despite not being in the instructions, there are a lot of holes that need to be pre-drilled otherwise the wood would have split.

Very disappointed with the service. I bought a trampoline and got an enclosure instead. My husband took the weekend off work before we found this out. Then phoned customer service and was told to return all order and you will resend correct. Again now we only received trampoline and no springs order 2/2 only

Order came incomplete missing items. Contacted customer service. Took 10 days to get an initial response and over a month before the replacement part was sent. Meaning it wasn’t built for my children’s birthday. Extremely poor customer service. Would not recommend. Website is very misleading with response times to queries. Would not recommend.

Does not stand the test of time
Unfortunately the strap on our Globber 4 in 1 trike completely disintegrated in just over 2 years so it didn't even last us for two children. I had to pay for an entire new seat for it as they don't supply just the strap, and that included £7 postage. The straps on our pushchairs and other baby items are completely fine so the quality of the Globber 'safety' harness is clearly not up to scratch. Really disappointing.

Don't waste your time or money!! Product came poorly delivered, nodding bits and badly packaged. Can't get hold of anyone, and waited 2 weeks and still no one has collected or refunded our money. The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced and for a 'family' run business the lack of pride in their own product and lack of care for your customers is an embarrassment. Reordered the same product at the same price and didn't have to pay delivery from a different company and it was superb service, they communicated throughout, and the delivery driver was so helpful. . Plum. Play manufacture a good product however their logistics and customer support are a waste of time. And your delivery partners XDP are clowns. .
