Terrible Customer Service.
I have reached out to try to get my order by Easter. I was basically told they could not do anything to get it to me sooner or there than change the shipping speed to three day shipping. But currently it has been 12 business days since I ordered and it still has not shipped. Even though I have requested it by Easter. Today is Good Friday so obviously they won’t be here.

Lack of communication
It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received notice of shipping. The order was placed on March 24th. It’s April 7th. That’s two weeks.

Super Slow Shipping
While the shoes are great I ordered a pair 10 business days ago and they have still yet to ship. In the future I’ll go with a company that can fulfill orders more quickly.

Very disappointed.
Placed my order 2 weeks ago, still no shipping confirmation. When I emailed customer service, I simply got a standard template message about processing times. Will not be ordering again. Planned for my son to wear his new shoes on Easter & now he won’t be able to because who knows when they will be here.

Not elegible for exchange even when are availability.
I bought two pairs for my daughter, it had a discount. Unfortunately either one of the pairs fits confortable, even when they are the correct size to my daughter, so I asked for an exchange not return. The answer was not eligible for exchange and send me web sites for resealing it by my self. I don’t understand the policy, when they are still available in all sizes. I’m disappointed.

Redeeming reward points
Great quality of shoes and great customer service. I just found it hard for me to use my reward points. I’m a radiologic technologist & I really have never had a problem redeeming points with a business. I was signed into my account & everything. I selected the button to use them, it would take me to the check out page but wouldn’t take the discount off. But when I use again & have trouble, I will refer to the email you sent me. Thank you.

Disappointed
I ordered an item weeks ago which has not shipped yet. It was meant to complete my daughter’s Easter outfit. I got a polite/generic reply from a customer service agent when I inquired a few days ago, explaining that possibly there are delays due to sales and this is normal within your shipping policy. Seems like I pretty poor policy. Maybe you need more staff. I do a lot of online shopping and this seems pretty unusual even for a small business. If I had known I would have purchased something else. 2 stars because I’m still holding out hope my order ships/arrives within 5 days. Thanks!

High quality shoes
The shoes are of high quality and comfortable. My daughter has wide feet and she can walk in them all day with no problem. We recently ordered 2 pairs of sandals and we were excited to receive them but unfortunately both of them were unavailable.

Too small
I measured my child’s feet. One is 6.25” and the other is slightly under 6.25”. So, I ordered size 9. According to the size chart: Size 9 is 6.4” and size 10 is 6.7”. The shoes arrived yesterday and my child tried them on and her big toes go all the way to the end. I measured her feet again and they are still the same size. One of the pairs of shoes I ordered were final sale so now we are stuck with shoes that are too small even though we followed the size chart and measured correctly. This is very frustrating. The shoes are great quality, we’ve always loved Livie&Luca shoes. But this particular experience is not good.

Lost a long-time customer
Long time fan of the brand. Even though the majority of the styles won't fit my little one's slender feet, we have almost always had a pair of L&Ls in rotation since she was small, typically the Aurora, the Bella, or similar. This review, however, is about the lack of shipping options and timely service with L&L and how egregious I find that to be. There is NO option for expedited shipping if you order direct. I needed a pair of shoes for my 10 year old's first dad/daughter dance. I thought we'd roll with something we had on hand, but that was upsetting to my little miss, who really wanted a special occasion dress. I didn't mind but was short on time, and I tried to order the pink rose Bellas with a week to go before the dance, but there's no option for fast shipping. It's two weeks or NOTHING. I emailed customer service as there's NO PHONE NUMBER and it took THREE DAYS to hear back, just so they could tell me that they don't have quicker options? Extremely customer unfriendly and I'm glad my child is soon to size out of L&L...I won't buy another pair and I won't recommend the company. If you want your shoes sent by covered wagon, this company is for you. If you expect 21st century service, maybe look elsewhere. Oh, and while they are providing terrible service, they'll sign all their emails "joyfully" just to really twist the knife. Patronizing.
